We booked with Motel 6 because we had stayed in one within the last 2 years in a different city and we were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and well kept rooms. This one was a complete disappointment. Staff was great but the room was dirty, we only had 2 bath towels for 4 people and 2 small them bars of soap. Walls were scuffed and marked on and there was a cockroach in the bathtub. We had to borrow an iron and blow dryer from the front desk. I would NOT ever stay here again.

The lady at the front desk was awesome! So accommodating. The room was not very clean and there transients all over the parking lot day and night. The guests were very loud late into the night and in the morning the police were doing a sweep. As wonderful as the employees were we will not be staying here again.

Booked 3 rooms. Check in was a mess. The girl was rude, mixed up my rooms and then blamed me for not understanding her mix up. Had to return twice because my room keys were not working. Hotel was clean and quite.

Decent to stay at.
It was ok I payed 113 and I’m ok with that I think the room was a 80$ room no more than that. It’s clean and comfortable to stay at convenience was key and it was convenient for me to stay there. If I have to I’ll stay there again but I’d ask for a discount.

Bad Experiance @Motel 6 in Paso Robles
This is the last time I will stay at a Motel 6. Physically it was average for a Motel 6. We planned on being out most of the time so we just needed four walls and a bed to sleep in. We could not sleep on the first night because of the druggies talked so loud we could hear them through the wall. Their kids and guests were knocking on their door until 6am. We asked to move but the office said they left. Two people knocked on our door looking for them then smoked in front of our door for an hour. The person at the front desk said they could not leave the office. The new people also partied late into the night and the front office did nothing to quiet them down. We left for a new hotel at 12:30am. Motel 6 and Hotels.com refused to give us a refund.

Make sure you specify a non smoking room if you want one. My pajamas smelled like cigarette smoke for the remainder of our trip. Other than this, for a quick rest Motel does the job.

not wroth it for the price
The restroom wall was dirty and the tube in the shower look dirty and under the bed was so dusty this motel was the only one available I wouldn’t stay there again and the price for it too much and it took forever to get your room we had to wait in line almost a hour

This is a very noisy motel. We didn't get any rest. Too many people hanging out at parking lot, conversations going on and just busy all night and when we called to complain nothing was really done.

Bare minimum
Bare minimum! It's a room with a palce to sleep, shower and rest. No coffee maker, no closet, no microwave, no fridge. Pris- A/C worked great, vending machine was stocked, pool looked inviting but it was closed. Close to restaurants and freeway access. Price was high compared to other rooms with more to offer. I'd stay again if I had no other options.

Worst Customer Experience I have ever had
I reserved a room for 3 nights from this motel. My wife and her daughters were going down there to visit her terminally ill grandmother. They checked in Thursday, and Friday went out of town to deal with the family business and preparations. When they arrived back that night they found other people in their room. Their room had been cleaned out, their stuff tossed into bags and set aside, and informed that their room was given away only 1 day into their stay. Never did the motel call either of us to let us know what was happening, they just yelled at my wife for leaving her stuff in the room (when she had a 3 day reservation) My wife was already distraught and hearing this brought her to tears. The attendant at the front counter threatened to call the police on her if she continued to "cause a scene".She threatened my grieving, emotionally distraught wife with the police because of an egregious error on the motel's part. At this point I was on the phone with my stepdaughter listening in on what was happening and the phone was brought up and put on speakerphone. The attendant told me that "this happens all the time" and that my wife needed to check in each day. I tried to inform her that I have a single reservation for 3 days, but she wouldn't listen to me, she continued to rudely yell at me over my talking on the speaker phone. This is by far and away the WORST customer service incident I have ever had and neither I nor my family will ever again stay at this site.
