Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway or a property with two master bedroom suites, this home has all the convenience of being in downtown, without the hustle and bustle of big city life. Come and relax as you tour the famous wine country of Paso Robles, or simply enjoy the many events held annually in the area. Lewis Loft is a charming upstairs unit built in 2010, with a second full bedroom suite recently added downstairs. Just three blocks from the heart of downtown and located in the Historic Vine Street district of Paso Robles any brief walk down the street will expose you to many historic structures from the early days. It sits behind and was built on the same property as The Historic Victorian Eppinger/Lewis House that was built in 1889\. Another short walk to the downtown of Paso Robles where you can enjoy the dining, entertainment and unique shopping boutiques, or just a quiet stroll through the park. You can pick up some fresh local farm goods and items from the Farmers Market in the park on Saturday mornings and Tuesday afternoons. This property is a two bedroom/two bath condo, with a walk-in closet, queen sofa sleeper and TV in the upstairs living area. It has a kitchen, stacked washer/dryer and is set up for internet with a desk for your convenience. The loft has a private indoor staircase with an intercom to the outside front door, for security. We have supplied it with extra bedding and cooking needs for extended stays. In town for a family wedding at the Villa San Juliette. We walked to 2 different parties and the wedding venue was only \~20 minutes away by car. The house is charming, with a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker downstairs (the King bed), and a full kitchen upstairs, along with a private queen bedroom behind a closed door. Private, off street parking for up to 3 vehicles. Thoughtful details throughout, including a full-on spa shower. Thanks for sharing your lovely place with us! ##### Dean H. This is to say what a superb experience that we had at Lewis Loft in Paso Robles. We rented the property for four of us over a family fall wine tasting weekend, occupying both upstairs and downstairs suites. The accommodations were fantastic. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the suites were well appointed, very clean, and well stocked with water, Kurig coffee, creamer, sugar etc. Nicely updated bathrooms and kitchen offers everything you could possibly need. The property is walking distance to many good bars and restaurants, and quiet at night. Bruce, our point of contact through the rental process, is quite friendly and was there to greet us when we arrived. This is a real gem. We’ll be back! ##### Sue C. Literally 8, 9 or 10 minute walk to the restaurants, shops and shows we wanted to visit in El Paso de Robles' city park. Host Bruce was very responsive. Check-in was easy (in person; no codes to punch in) NOTE: from outside the unit, there can be noise from a rooftop bar (the Piccolo) a few blocks away. But inside the house... silence. Good insulating windows. ALSO: There are no true "outside amenities". No patio with chairs and table and umbrella. WHY THIS DOES NOT MATTER: Literally walk 10 minutes or less through the Victorian neighborhood to arrive at the beautiful city park - there is where your amenities shall be found. Will stay here again! Best for two couples who split the cost - one couple upstairs, the other down. Two couples who like each other and get along. ##### Steve T. Reviewer Comments: The Lewis Loft is a wonderful vacation rental. Especially for two couples. The residence is laid out with two separate suites on the first second floors, separated by an internal staircase. Each suite has a separate entry door that can be individually locked. The upper unit contains a full kitchen and laundry that makes it a perfect rental for a couple that is seeking a comfortable and well stocked residence to stay in while visiting Paso Robles. The owners have appointed both suites beautifully and have thought of just about everything one would need while staying in a rental house. for the basics, each unit has a television, Keurig coffee maker, mini fridge in the lower unit and full-size fridge and drip coffee maker in the upper unit. The house is located within a block or two of the Paso Robles central square. So walking to enjoy some of the great culinary offerings that Paso has to offer is not a trek, but a nice stroll. I cannot recommend this vacation rental enough.
