We have a complimentary 30-minute extension for late check-outs, then a 30/hour charge. The housekeepers only have a tight window to clean the entire hotel, and late check-outs complicate that. Thanks for much for understanding!

We are very sorry to hear of the disturbing noise coming from the room above you. We have found tho that if you let our front desk know there is a problem and we relay this info to the guests, they usually are unaware and gladly try to keep the noise level down. Just a thought for future stays. We hope to see you again.
