El Colonial - Adults Only
Very small rooms no elevator (I knew this but was lost more than I expected) no hot water in shower But was in a great location especially for a cruise just a 5 minute walk to port terminal and was all downhill

Modern decor, clean and comfortable. Great walkable location. No window in our room and noisy, as there was quite an echo and sounds from hallway seemed louder than usual.

This property was in a fantastic location. Easily walkable to all things in Old San Juan. The place had quite a few light bulbs that were out which made it very difficult to see at night.
