Staff was informative and very hospitable. My only concerns were truly with the property. It is much louder in person than it seems due to the bar across the street. Not a good situation if you have kids very hard to sleep. Perfect for a party trip with friends close accessibility and walk capability to all of old San Juan location is the biggest feature. Shower water pressure is very weak.

Amenities and location were perfect. The only downside was noise in the living room from street level businesses, but it was not bothersome for sleeping if we closed the bedroom doors.

What a great girls weekend trip! Beautiful apartment with everything you need…including a welcome bottle of red wine. No problems finding the address or entering the building and apartment. The hosts were quick to respond to our messages. We really enjoyed the small balcony in the evening. Everything you need is within walking distance. Just remember Old San Juan is very noisy during the day and late into the night.
