  • This beach apartment is what you and your family are looking for a tropical getaway. The palm trees and the view to the ocean will take your breath away. The apartment is on the second floor of a three story building, a short walk up a set of stairs. You can walk out from the building to one of the most beautiful beaches in Puerto Rico. We are 25 miles from the San Juan airport and 30 miles from Old San Juan, nearby Rio Grande offers casinos and fine dining. Fajardo is within 15 minutes where you find natural attractions such as Las Cabezas de San Juan and the famous Bioluminescent Bay. El Yunque, not to be missed if you enjoy cascades, rainforest and hiking is only 15 minutes away. Supermarkets, banking, drug stores and restaurants are within walking distance.
    This apartment is a three bedroom / two bath, perfect for families who enjoy nature and want a relaxing and stress free vacation. The master bedroom has king sized bed, ceiling fan and a wall A/C unit. The master bedroom also has its own master bath with a shower tub. The second bedroom has two full sized beds, ceiling fan and a wall A/C unit. The third bedroom has two single beds, ceiling fan and a wall A/C unit. The second bathroom is located right next to the bedrooms, in the hallway.

What a lovely spot! If you’re looking for a local feel, this is exactly what you want. Wonderful restaurants within a short walk. Barely used beach literally across a one lane, quiet, barely driven road. Gorgeous beach and extremely responsive host. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved, loved, loved our stay here!The property is right by the beach, with fresh ocean air and an amazing, relaxing vibe. The apartment was very well maintained and especially great for families with kids. It had everything we needed — all utensils and household essentials — and we never once felt that anything was missing.What truly stood out was how thoughtfully the apartment was stocked for the beach. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, hats, sunscreen, lotions — literally all the beach essentials. It made our stay completely effortless.Being right by the beach is a huge advantage — you can go straight into the water and come back to freshen up anytime. The beach right in front is Playa Azul, and Luquillo is just a 5-minute drive, which was very convenient.One of our favorite moments was having breakfast on the balcony — sipping coffee while watching the sunrise, palm trees, sand, and ocean waves. Truly priceless.The owner was very responsive, and overall the experience was wonderful.A lovely place and a lovely stay — highly recommend!

Amazing property!

This was our first time in Puerto Rico and it was amazing mainly because of this property! It has a beautiful view and accommodated 6 couples extremely comfortably. It's within walking distance to awesome restaurants and beaches and the Luquillo kiosks are a quick ride away or a beautiful walk along the beach away. I will definitely recommend to my friends and family and we will be back again!

We had a wonderful stay with our family of five at this condo. Great to have the constant view of the ocean and beach access across the street. Having beach chairs and towels supplied is also handy. Grocery store is 5 min drive. Also close drive to rain forest and bioluminescent bay kayak tour in Luquillo. Panderri Bakery is excellent and walkable. Most other restaurants are a 5 min drive.

Great Week!

We loved our stay on the beach, having the oceans steps away was amazing. Very quiet neighborhood but just minutes from the kiosk's and the cute little center of Luquillo. This condo is so nicely located near the rainforest, not far from Old San Juan and the bioluminescent kayaking. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed including beach chairs and towels and having our own washer/dryer was great. We really loved our stay and recommend this location.

Wonderful Graduation vacation

It truly was perfect, right on the beach, a beautiful setting with updated decorations and wonderful decor.It was so nice to have our children re experience a place they have know from childhood. Wave surfing, collecting shark teeth and hanging out at the kioskos.I remember when I was 15 and hanging out on the beach, I can only hope the daily will come back again and agin to experience the fun we had at your place. Beautiful location with beach view and access (yes, that photo is exactly what you see out the front window!). The beaches were wonderful for walking and swimming. Perfect, well furnished and equipped place for us and our two adult kids. We appreciated being greeted on arrival by Adlin who gave us helpful information. Luquillo is a wonderful place to explore the NE part of PR, including El Yunque rainforest park, bioluminescent kayaking in Fajardo and easy distance for a day trip to San Juan. We hope to return!

Fantastic beachfront apartment!

We can’t say enough good things about this apartment! It was perfect for our family of 6 (4 young adults). The view from the comfy balcony is like a postcard. The apartment is well equipped - we didn’t cook, but did use the blender… - including lots of great beach gear. The beach is lovely, there are restaurants within walking distance, and Adlin (property manager) is a dream to work with. We would definitely come back!

Everything was amazing. It’s a beautiful property located in a wonderful location, steps away from the beach and a very short drive to El Yunque. The home was incredibly clean, and Adlin, the property manager, was very attentive, without being intrusive. Check in and out was so easy, and Martha’s home was comfortable and so cute. Even with the power going out one evening, we were fine with the two backup power banks (even the WIFI stayed on). Thank you Martha!!

We had a lovely stay at this beach apartment! We enjoyed the ocean view and beautiful location. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, and the host's excellent communication and prompt responses were truly appreciated. It's the little things that made this spacious apartment perfect for our family of five. It was well-stocked with kitchen supplies and beach essentials like ample towels, chairs, and boogie boards. A nice place on the ocean

The professionalism of the owner and the management contact were fantastic. Everything went as planned. The beds were comfortable, the place was clean, kitchen was stocked, bathrooms were nice. We ended up loving our stay. Only complaints are really probably us getting used to the area- its a little run down in the neighborhood, lots of gates, lots of gates entering into the place which we are not used to living in the US. We adjusted as the week went on and enjoyed our stay very much. We would recommend the place but we can't just give it 5 stars without a comment that little things like the area and the kitchen cabinets keep it from being all 5 star.

Our stay was to rest and enjoy Playa Azul in Luquillo. We have rented many places in years past but this condo gets more than a 10. A balcony facing the beach has a score of 20. It is fully equipped from kitchen to beach supplies..beach towels& beach chairs. The beach is amazing, the area is quiet and clean. Close to Luquillo kiosk with great resturants like Carabali and las Picuas near by. You do need a car but amigos grocery is close by. Its a great condo for family, friends or just a few. Fantastic View! And the little things done right

I’ve never stayed at a place with quite the same view. Perfect weather all week, the balcony looks over the ocean yet never gets hot as the sun doesn’t directly shine on the balcony at any point of the day. Easy check in and check out process. The host was highly communicative and quick to respond. It’s the little things… The apartment has all the little things you can think of. Spotlessly clean, toiletries, beach towels, beach chairs, beach games, boogie boards, and more. Kitchen well stocked with cooking supplies. Loved our stay and loved the area. Family Vacation

What a beautiful view. We had such a fantastic time. It was the first time for our kids and parents to Puerto Rico and they fell in love with it just as we had our first time there. The view is spectacular, we had enough room for 7 ppl comfortably. It took a little bit getting used the the gas stove but we did it and were able to enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner on the patio with the beautiful view and sound of the ocean. So worth our trip renting this condo and we cant wait to go back. Thank you to Adril who provided us with great places to shop and eat. It was a wonderful experience!
