Villa Corazón is located in Miramar, a historic neighborhood in the district of Santurce, San Juan. This is the most trendy location in the metropolitan area and well known for its unique art-deco architecture.  
  
Walk to the grocery store, bakeries, specialty foods store, Fine Arts Cinema, restaurants, bars, galleries (all within 5-10 minutes). Please see our Miramar Guidebook on our profile for recommendations :)  
  
1 mile from Viejo San Juan or Old San Juan, a memorable historic site to visit.  
  
1 mile from La Laguna del Condado where you can reach La Playita del Condado after crossing Dos Herm anos Bridge to Ashford Avenue, Condado.

Enjoy the beach! The apartment has beach towels for your use.   
  
Puerto Rico Convention Center (TMobile District): the largest in the Caribbean and one of the most technologically advanced in the Americas has around 10 restaurants, huge sports bar Arena Medalla, Caribbean Cinemas VIP, a concert venue, and even a Toro Verde zip line!  
  
La Placita de Santurce: a local market with various restaurants and awesome nightlife.   
  
Explore Miramar: This up and coming hip street is filled with dining and shopping options.  
  
Old San Juan: There is s a lot of history to be seen, great food, drinks, and shopping.  
  
El Yunque National Rainforest: El Yunque is an easy 40-minute drive from the property and is the only tropical rainforest in the US national forest system.

Enter the apartment and you will be delighted by the sight of beautiful swaying trees behind floor to ceiling glass windows. The space features an open concept living and dining area with a comfy sofa, Smart TV, armchairs and reading chairs and a/c.

The property is located in a highly walkable area.  
Uber is widely available in San Juan.   
Car rental is necessary if leaving the city.   
You will have gated parking for two vehicles inside the property.
