Unwind at this luxury oceanfront apartment. A breathtaking view to Icacos, Palomino, Culebra and Vieques. Ocean Pearl is a place for you to retreat, relax, reset and revive yourself. Located close to four marinas,shops and restaurants. Enjoy an Olympic pool, kids’ pool, beach access, Tennis, Pickleball and Basketball courts. The building has a full generator and cistern. Two Fully Equipped bedrooms with AC. Wake up to the Ocean breeze and sound. It’s an entirely equipped 2 bedrooms apartment that accommodates a maximum of 6 guests.   
  
Bedroom 1: Accommodate 2 guests in a Queen bed.   
Bedroom 2: Accommodate 6 guests in two twin beds and 2 full beds.   
  
It’s fully equipped with bedsheets, towels, kitchen ware, kitchen appliances, Roku TV, games and more. Beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella and beach cooler are provided.  
  
The property is at floor 23 surrounded by the ocean, palm trees and beautiful patio area. The Condo has a large olympic outdoor swimming pool, basketball and tennis courts, multiple gazebos, barbecue and a private ocean water area.
