Malibu Beach in Puerto Rico was heavenly! The beach was private and perfect for safe swimming and small wave jumping. The condo had everything we needed with enough beds for all. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful place!

I went for my birthday and it was everything I envisioned! The place was right on the beach, good restaurants near by. My favorite part was falling asleep and walking up to the sound of the ocean.

Great safe location.

Site was right on the beach with a gate secured gate around the whole property. Felt safe during our entire visit. Our family appreciated the 3 different depth pools. Host was in constant communication with us and answered simple questions about the area. Very clean and comfortable for our family of 5.

A Slice of Heaven by the Ocean in PR

The condo was clean, well stocked and overall very nice! The view and the sound of the ocean were awesome! Mayra and Louis were very easy to contact and helped us the whole stay. There local snacks, dish soap, laundry pods and many many other thoughtful touches supplied by the owners and others that have stayed!! A Fantastic experience, we highly recommend their condo.

Beachfront condo

A friend and I stayed at the condo and were delighted with the place. Very clean with a lot of nice personalized touches — coffee, chocolate, snacks, bottled water, etc.Beds were clean and comfortable and bathroom had all the required toiletries and hot and cold water. Balcony looked out to the ocean and we would sit there every morning and enjoy our coffee. Host was great and in touch, responding promptly when we did have a question.

Great Stay!

We felt so at home, the pictures really don't bring the coziness and functionality of this stay to life! We had everything we needed for the beach (towels, chairs, etc.), the kitchen was pretty and functional, the view was great the bedrooms were cute and comfortable for sure. We were grateful for the quick communication from the host. The neighborhood felt safe and the drive from San Juan to Loiza was vibrant and enjoyable. Just a great, comfortable stay overall!

Great place, wonderful caring hosts went above and beyond. Little touches like coffee and water available make such a great impression. Chairs and beach toys, board games, everything you need without being cluttered. Just perfect. Very clean. Comfy beds.

Wonderful Accommodations

Mayra and Luis are wonderful hosts. The condo is well appointed and artfully furnished. The beds were high quality and very comfortable, which was a must for me having had back surgery. Everything we would need for our 3 week stay was provided.Waking up each morning to enjoy coffee and pray time on the balcony looking over the ocean was a perfect way to start the day. There are plenty of beach chairs, coolers and beach towels. The complex has direct beach access and amazing pools.We will definitely be staying here again!

Maine Get Away

Beautiful views to grab your coffee and head to the balcony to relax. We enjoyed making meals together, swimming in the pool and touring area attractions. A wonderful place to stay at an affordable price. One thing we found out are the waves are strong and can be a challenge to swim in. That being said there are other great beaches near by.

Excellent winter getaway

My wife, daughter and I spent a week at this condo and are already looking forward to going back! The condo is right on the beach and has amazing views and a great balcony overlooking the ocean. The complex has three pools (all in the same courtyard), and there were times we had them to ourselves! The condo itself is well-stocked with items to make your pool/beach experience great, including beach chairs and towels. There are no restaurants within walking distance, but we found lots of great, local places to eat within a reasonable drive. This place is a hidden gem!

Good rental

We enjoyed using the provided beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella. The washer/dryer came in handy. Air conditioning worked very well! There is no dish washer which was surprising and inconvenient. Queen bed was very comfortable. The area is less than desirable but the grounds of the condo were gated and I felt safe. The balcony allowed for beautiful ocean view and sound of the waves.

Great Beach Rental in Loiza

This was our first family trip to Puerto Rico. Loiza was a great central location, driving distance to beaches in Luquillo, Fajardo, Pinones and San Juan. It is also very close to El Yunque Rain Forest. Our hosts were in constant contact and ensured our stay was worry free. The condo was clean and well appointed. It had a beautiful ocean view and access to a private beach. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to PR.

Winter Getaway

My family stayed for 9 days.. the condo was just as described. We had an amazing time. The beach and pool just steps away from the condo. We were the only ones at them most days. It was amazing to have beach chairs towels and a cooler provided so that we were able to explore other beaches and various parts of the island. If you are looking for a quiet getaway Loiza is the place! We would def stay again!!!!

Family vacation

I loved everything about the property! It’s roomy for a family, comfortable furniture, fully stocked kitchen, large bathrooms, and an oceanfront balcony. The condo community was a gated entry and there is night security. The community was quiet, most days my family was the only ones at the beach and pool. The condo is located near lots of stores like Walmart, Burlington, Marshall’s, and chain fast food. My family enjoyed driving around the island and it was easy to get back to our condo from major roads. 10/10, we hope to stay again!

Beautiful condo and beach!

Our family of 4 (adults plus 2 older teens) stayed here for Christmas week. The unit was beautiful and well equipped with all the comforts of home. The complex was gated and very secure, and we had the beach to ourselves. The beach was beautiful! Amazing location. I will point out that this area is a bit remote - about a 30 minute drive back to San Juan. We wanted to be away from the city, but the drawback was that we had a hard time finding places we felt comfortable eating at for dinner. If I went back, I would definitely stay here again, but I would plan more meals at home so we wouldn't have to leave our little slice of heaven to find food. All in all, I highly recommend!

Beachfront Property

The property was exactly as described. The beach access was great. The view of the ocean from the balcony was perfect. The condo is definitely dated, but it had all the amenities you would need to cook a delicious meal for your family or run a load of laundry. The bedrooms were cozy and and the beds were comfortable. Finding the entrance was a little tricky but the onsite security guard was helpful once we got to the gate. The outdoor pool was clean and appeared to be regularly maintained.

Awesome Ocean View

As described, the condo is a 2 floor walk-up (no elevator). Located in a quiet gated community, with an on-site security guard. This beach-front property met all of our expectations. The 3 bedrooms (master ensuite bathroom) accomodated 4 adults and a teenager quite comfortably. The washer and dryer was a big plus. My only suggestion is to add blackout curtains, for those of us that like to sleep past sunrise. Thank you.

Beautiful condo on the beach

The property is a condo in a gated community of condo buildings with a very nice pool in the center. It is on 2nd floor and on the beach with a beach view. It was tastefully decorated and had beach-related amenities, which was very thoughtful and appreciated. The unit was free of pests. Communication with the owner was excellent and everything worked as expected. All you need is your personal things and any food you want. There are only stairs to the unit, fyi, which was not a problem for us. We felt safe here. Parking was included. There was a king bed, a queen and 2 twins. Loved our stay and would stay here again. ❤️
