The Space: Paradise View Villa, a beautifully designed 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom beachfront retreat, is nestled in Puerto Rico’s exclusive Bahía Beach Resort, offering both luxury and privacy within \~500 acres of lush Audubon-certified maritime forest and gardens. This second-floor villa boasts a stunning terrace with spectacular ocean views and is just steps from both the pool and the beach, providing the perfect setting for a serene and upscale coastal escape. Paradise View Villa includes the daily resort fee, daily cleaning, and the convenience of a 6-person golf cart, ensuring a seamless and luxurious stay. Guests enjoy full access to the resort amenities, which include the Beach Club, Golf Club, an 18-hole Robert Trent Jones Jr. Golf Course, Gym, Tennis Club, Lakehouse with water sports, and 483 acres of gated pristine maritime forest. The terrace is furnished with a dining table for outdoor meals and two cozy sofas for relaxing in comfort. KITCHEN The kitchen is perfect for entertaining, featuring high-end appliances, sleek European finishes, and an open layout that overlooks the dining and living areas. It comes fully equipped with a coffee maker, oven, microwave, electric stove, as well as cooking pots, pans, and utensils, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS The spacious layout includes a large master bedroom with a king-size bed, a large walk-in closet, a flat-screen TV, and en suite facilities with a shower, Jacuzzi tub, and double sink. The agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking or prior to entering the property, whichever comes first. Check-in instructions will not be provided until the agreement is completed. UTILITIES (WATER & ELECTRICITY): In the event of an interruption to water or electrical service, the host is not responsible for hotel, alternate lodging, or transportation expenses.
