The on-property host was SUPER accommodating and responsive. The issue you must be aware of this is in a commercial lower class neighborhood. It is the “Dominican” neighborhood of San Juan PR called as “ Puerto Nuevo”. If you don’t mind an occasional SUPER LOUD automobile pass by with Merengue/Bachata music full blast at 11 PM or you sleep like a rock and won’t be awaken by thunder, then it’s not an issue.
