Property was well kept and clean when first arrived. WiFi internet connection isn't that fast and my laptop never connected to the house WiFi. Speed was based on TV in next door bedroom constantly pausing. Transition from bedroom to bathroom hidden step up and kept hitting my toe. Very little hot water when taking shower. There were a number of missing pictures in rooms based off photos. Bathroom sink faucet was very loose and could be fixed. Some ants at the table when food left overnight. Very similar to efficiency apt size. For the price it's a very good stay, but you have to understand what you are getting for the price. Neighborhood was alright, but at night the neighbors can get a bit rowdy. It's a working class neighborhood. You will have to park down the road. Outside sitting area was not setup for sitting.
