My family in Puerto Rico lives close to this property, so without a doubt we will be staying here again. We ended up re-booking this Bayamon house during our 2-week stay in Puerto Rico. Originally we were going to stay in a hotel for our 2nd half of the trip, but we loved the house so much we decided to stay here instead, and we don't regret the decision! We stayed in this home during the island power outage on new years eve, which impacted everyone on the island. We were without power for a few hours that day, but we got power back relatively soon. It seemed like the block this house is on got power back much sooner than other parts of the island. Power outages are unfortunately not rare in Puerto Rico, but this house and Zandra made the experience manageable. Even with the power out, the house was comfortable and has a beautiful back patio area that we were able to spend our time when being inside with the AC wasn't an option. Appreciated the little details throughout the house that made us feel welcomed. Checkin/out was a breeze thanks to host’s video instructions. Tv had ready to use programs like netflix. About 30 min to destination tourist spots and ubering was cheap. I do want to note there is no electrical outlet in the hallway bathroom and the room facing the street has an electrical outlet too far from the closet mirror so that was inconvenient when trying to using the hairdryer and straightener. It can get noisy outside and of course the room facing the outside gets most of the blunt. The neighborhood is so so but I did feel safe overall. One of the neighboring houses seem to have ‘loud’ inhabitants but I sleep like a rock so it was not a deal breaker for me. All in all, I would stay here again. ##### Andrea B.
