  • A 2-br spacious walk-up condo in a gated complex ON THE BEACH. Best beach in Puerto Rico and one of the best in the Caribbean: spanning from wind-protected park-side swimming pool-like beach to shallow waters right in front of the property and then to surfing training sites. 15 min from the El Yunque National Forest (with its waterfalls and ziplines) and 3 min to best restaurants on the beach. Only 30 min from the Airport and 45 min from downtown San Juan.

    Property is fully furnished in antique colonial style and includes large, partially covered, patio facing tropical forest, with Coqui frogs singing all night; outdoor grill; hi-speed wi-fi; cable TV; three A/Cs; ceiling fans; two assigned parking spaces; large kitchen with everything you need and more.
