Luxe Beach Loft with Ocean View & Parking

Enjoy the best that San Juan has to offer in this centrally-located loft. This open and spacious loft features a 180 degree breathtaking view. North you will see Escambrón beach, a short 5-10 min walk away. East you have views of the San Juan Bay and Marina, with El Yunque rainforest in the distance. Conveniently located between Old San Juan and Condado - each a walk, bike, or Uber ride away.

The apartment is an open floorplan loft with two full bathrooms. From all angles you will enjoy a 180 degree view of the ocean and San Juan Bay. The bedroom has a queen bed and a small desk with a view. The open living room area of the apartment has a comfortable seating area with a sofa, two chairs, coffee table and TV. The dining room is off to the side surrounded by windows for dinner with the ultimate view. Our kitchen and laundry is fully equipped for a long stay. The apartment has fast fiber internet for work or for using with streaming apps on the TV. While the apartment is equipped with air-conditioning, you can also choose to open windows for nice cool breezes instead.
