Beautiful
The home is located in a very convenient spot with the beach being a one minute walk away and many stores and food places within walking distance. There were no disturbances and it felt very safe. The only down side was we were not able to have access to the pool amenity the entire stay because of tools being left inside the pool area.

Great location
It's a great place for the price. Bed is comfortable. Has a couple Tommy Bahama chairs for the beach and some other items. Nicest beach on the island. Can be on beach in less than 5 minutes including elevator time. Which is also fast and smooth. Nice to be able to leave beach for a snack or bathroom break as the beach does not have facilities. Various restaurant options within 10 min walk, plus lots of fast food. Dedicated and close parking spot is great. Especially on weekends earplug can be handy for sleeping as the 1-4am party (engines, horn, siren, yelling) crowd moves on the street below.

We enjoyed everything. The only possible improvement that I can think about is additional kitchen utencils. Especially glass bawls for preparing salads, tea kettle (coffee maker is not convinient enough tool).

LOVED the location. The host was on point anytime I needed information. I was able to go to the beach with everything I needed (chairs, cooler, floating noodles…except towels…but I was fine with that), provided by the host. The internet service was not as strong as I needed it (I work remotely), but I brought my hotspot just in case and I was fine. Loved the Security team felt safe and they had a wonderful disposition ( very kind & helpful). Anything & everything is in the immediate surroundings…walking distance…(restaurants, fast foods, supermarket & drug store). I am definitely going back.

Nice Place and Convenient
2nd time staying here. Just 5 minutes to beach including elevator time. Nice having a dedicated parking space. Also beach chairs and cooler are good to have. Any questions are answered quickly. The new gate touch key to get into the complex was great compared to last years normal keys. Most front desk staff were very friendly. Check in is a little awkward with a car as you have to send in one person (since street parking is usually full) to get them to open the gate for the car until you can get the opener from the room. Lots of dining close, and grocery. Corner convenience store & CVS have a bunch of items too.

The condo unit is very clean and comfortable. Perfect location, the building has 24hr security. The building is quiet and clean.The beach is behind the condo building. The strip has everything from food to pharmacies. I was very disappointed about the beach....the waters were very rough, we weren't able to get into the water.

From booking the condo to the check-out process, we had good communication with the owner. We felt comfortable and secure. We loved how close it was to the beach and restaurants. The dedicated parking spot was a plus. Due to COVID precautions, there were no beach towels or basic seasonings in the kitchen cabinet. If you plan to cook you will need to bring or buy basic staples. During Spring Break there was a lot of loud music from vehicles passing by on the street, but it pretty well quieted down after 11 PM. We would stay here again

Great location
Location is great. Very close to the beach and on the main strip with restaurants and shops. Use of a cooler and beach chairs was a plus as they were already in the condo. Only negative is that the listing refers to the futon as being able to be used for sleeping but there there was no blanket provided for the futon. Only one for the bed and 4 pillows. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

We stayed at Gabriel’s 1 bedroom condo which was very clean, centrally located, a short walk to the beach and very close to the airport. Gabriel was very friendly and responded to our questions very promptly. The opening and closing instructions were very clear and precise. I would stay here again and recommend this location to others.

Nice Condo in a great location. Bed is more comfortable than mine. The futon got mixed sitting comfort opinions. Beach is really nice and just a few minutes from room including elevator time. Easy walking to food. Lots of the close dining is fast food, with a few better places around. TV stations are nearly all in Spanish. Grocery store was walkable and the room had a little walking shopping cart. Dedicated parking spot was great. Could do without a car, but we wanted to explore farther some days. Liked beach chairs, toys, coolers. Street noise can be loud, especially on Saturday night when they like to party. Elevator doors could use a little maintenance as they hesitate sometimes. A foot rinse downstairs would have been nice, though once we saw some people using the pool shower for that. It’s nice having a balcony, though it’s mostly a solid wall so you need to be taller to see over it. With the traffic noise and the view of mainly the office building above CVS, we did not spend much time out there. There are a lot of tiny ants around sinks, counters and table, but that is common for most of the Caribbean. We just brought Ziplocs or kept stuff in the fridge. Gabriel was very quick to respond to any questions.

Wonderful location
Our Dec 2021 pre-Christmas vacation in Isla Verde PR was perfect because of Gabriel's condo. He has everything in the condo that I needed and so many things that I didn't know I would need, including beach chairs, suntan spray, finger nail polish remover, extra towels, as well as a list of suggested places to visit and restaurants to dine. Everything in the condo is well organized and easy to find like remote controls, keys, linens, etc. The best and most important part was the location of the condo...it's a 15sec walk to the CVS located across the street, a 90second walk to the beautiful beach and it's within walking distance of everything (the mini-market, Burger King, Taco Bell, Chili's, Stone Cold ice cream, Subway and Churches' Chicken). Of course there are lots of Urbers around to take you to the favorite other hot spots, like Old San Juan. The entire stay was just absolutely perfect.

The location of this property was great for our stay, as we did not rent a vehicle. We had a short walk to the beach from the back of the building, which was very secured. It was a quick walk down the street to the hotels that provided entertainment & a casino. We also caught the bus to Old San Juan from right in front of the building...so convenient and easy. The condo was very roomy and we also enjoyed sitting out on the balcony, even though it wasn't an ocean front view. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this condo to family & friends. Also, the check in process was very quick and easy. Thank you for letting us rent this condo. It was a great find!

My husband & I enjoyed our stay, the unit was confortable & Very clean. This unit has air conditioning & ceiling fans. The bedroom was perfect just with the ceiling fan, at bedtime. The unit had beach chairs therefore you didn’t have to rent. The beach 🏖 so close, the location is great! My husband & I will rent this unit again, if available on our next trip! Gabriel always responded quickly & checking in & out went smoothly “Great Unit” highly recommend.

Overall the amenities were excellent and the location was absolutely perfect. Plenty of places to eat and access to beach was merely a short walk. My biggest complaint was the bed. Would much rather have a king size bed than a full size.

Good fit
This property isn't fancy but it is a great fit for a small family (4) . It was comfortable, clean and close to the beach. The pool is nice and the front desk workers are friendly. Close to many things in a good neighborhood. I would stay here again. Thank you ocean tower.

My not to good experience of this apartment
The area was good , the apartment was ok , but need a lot updates , need a lot of repairs , the balcony door you can barely open it , the coffee Maker doesn’t work the pots where dirty cannot be use , so my experience I won’t stay there at this place again sorry to say it

Great spot really close to the beach
This was an excellent home away from home for our time in Puerto Rico. This condo had everything we needed for the week. They also had everything we needed for our time at the beach. It was very nice having chairs we could use. Plenty of space and lovely stone floors. Our host was very kind when we had to call and get clarification on some things when we checked in. Thank you for making sure we were taken care of when got there. The bed is a comfy memory foam type bed to get a good nights sleep.

Loved my stay!
Great location...only a few miles to airport and close to old san juan. Only a block from beach. Feels very safe and best place to stay! Lots of restaurants and shopping in walking distance but best part is the balcony.

Great apartment on Calle Loiza
This apartment is great for anyone looking for a good bargain in Isla Verde. It’s a block away from the beach and it’s very close to many restaurants and shops. Also, extremely close to the airport and Condado.

Need minor improvements
Apartment was nice and clean, very confortable in terms of size and amenities. Gabriel was very good communicating with us except that we lost phone signal and didn't get his last messages about how to get there and other instructions. However, that was not an issue as we managed to get there with GPS using El San Juan Hotel address and asking to locals where the Ocean Tower was. We had a smooth check in. The location is great for dinning, beaching and partying. Just don't eat at Third Base and you will be fine. There was only a few things that could be improved. 1) the bathroom did not have a math or carpet on floor to step on after shower. 2) towels were not ready and had to wait until second or third day to obtain them. 3) there aren't Frying pans only soup pans. 4) the matresses were a bit uncomfortable.

Perfect location and safely guarded 24 hours a day. Close to the beach and nightlife. Sometimes you can hear the loudness of san juan but the loud cold air conditioner takes care of all of that pleasantly. The condo was nice with every essential you need including beach towels, beach chairs, and cooler. My only complaint was the how the cleaning was handled. For $100 cleaning fee, you expect everything to be taken care of before you get there. That was not the case for my stay. We got there at midnight from our flight and had to make the bed, clean the bathroom. Thank goodness my boyfriend and I can share a towel because there was only one clean one left. We were told the cleaning crew could not get in there until after 2 nights stay. We were not happy about that as we found last tenants bedding and towels in the dining room and he had left some dirty dishes. Last thing I want to do on my vacation is clean up after someone else's stay. We called the owner who lives in New York and he made arrangements for a family member to come and take care of it. I would recommend this place to anyone, but I would say make sure the place will be cleaned professionally before you get there.
