This is a new listing. Recently renew and refurnish. It has beautiful view to the Atlantic Ocean from the balcony and both rooms. Great ocean breeze 24/7. Located just 5 minutes away from San Juan International Airport on Isla Verde Avenue. Condo has direct access to the beach, swimming pool and basketball court. Security 24/7. Walking distance from the Condo, you’ll find plenty of restaurants, few hotels, supermarkets, drugstores and convenience stores. All the amenities to have a pleasant stay
