#### Horrible communication and customer service

Upon checking in we were given the check in info for a two bed 1 bath apartment. The listing said it was supposed to be for 4 bed 2 bath. After we got into the apartment we e tried to contact the owners and we did not get a response until 9pm, HOURS after our check in time. We lost out on the entire first day of our trip due to waiting around and scared that we were going to have to rebook another place appropriate for our family size. Tuned out it was a simple mistake that could have been fixed in minutes. We were not given the key/check in info for the second apartment next door. The listing is also misleading and does not state that you be staying in two separate apartments. In an attempt to enjoy the rest of our trip we put it on the back burner and contacted them the day after we checked out. We were told that asking for a refund for our first night was unreasonable. Mind you we had to cancel reservations that we couldn’t make it to because of this happening. Oh… and the hot tub doesn’t properly work.
