  • Beach Apartment in Condado, spacious and comfortable. Very Private! Right in the middle of everything. No need for cabs or Uber! You can WALK EVERYWHERE! To the beach, the best restaurants in San Juan, bars, nightlife, shops, boutiques, hotels, casinos, 24 hr groceries, parks, pharmacies, etc. all within walking distance. Feel like a local in this trendy neighborhood of Condado/Ocean Park/Calle Loíza! Airport pickup service available!

    The space

    Clean, comfortable and equipped with everything necessary for the enjoyment of our guests. 1 Queen sized bed in the main bedroom, with a sofa-bed in the living room. High Ceilings. Brand new Air conditioning units both in the bedroom and living room, Wifi access, full kitchen and brand new appliances. Smart TV in both bedroom and living room.
