Thank you! This is the best part of the beach, with palm trees and great sand. Loiza street, 1 min. walk is full of all kind of restaurants and Old San Juan is a 15 min. ride. So it is the perfect apartment with a wonderful beach view from each room and 10 steps to the beach!

Thank you, Julia! Yes, the pool area is absolutely gorgeous. If you need the space for yourself just talk with the other apartment to arrange dates. For 10 years we are sharing the pool the two units and never ever we had a single problem. There is space for everyone. Come back soon¡¡¡¡

Thank you Dianne for your comments, and i am sorry you did not find our place up to your expectations. Several comments: 1) our neighborhood might look strange to you, but for PR standard...yes, the actual road has not been repaired since hurracane Maria... but the houses across the street are 3 billion mansions with 24/7 security. 2) the beach is 10 steps from the beach, not 10 feet; ok, maybe 15 for small steps; the point is that it is really right there; 3) not sure RE: COVID communication as we always respond to our most updated information; but as you know, the situation is changing and every two weeks there is a new report by the government; however, the beach has not been closed for bathing/walking for months so I am surprised to hear about your experience; yes, sitting on a towel and having a drink or just hung out has been forbidden at times so everybody has to be updated with the situation. As per the airport entrance requirements, it has been changing as well; last time we flew in/out of the island (August) we were only required to sign a document stating you had a test done back home. Nothing we can do about this. 4) finally, I will review the property description re: stairs; any client challenged with stairs has asked about it and we have fully informed about how many. Anyway, i am really sorry you had such a bad experience; I understand not everybody has the same expectations but i am encourage by the feedback from more than 95% of our clients. Sincerely, Isabel

Thank you, Sarah. Sorry beds did not suit you but as you know some people likes firm beds others soft beds. We never ever had a complain about our beds! In the Master bedroom we have a mattress from Macy's and the twin beds in the second room are new. The sofa fits two people (it is from West Elm and extremely comfortable) and the other two mattresses are firm. So I do not know what to say...
