It is an older Colonial-Spanish home which was completely remodeled and updated into several units-4 two-bedrooms, 2 one-bedrooms and 2 studios; so if you have a large group you could rent several units and all stay in one location. Everything is close if you have rental or planning to use Uber. Food was amazing, you have so many options in the area. It was tidy and pretty clean, and we weren’t disturbed by neighbors staying in the Vrbo. The one downside is that the windows are paper thin. One of the review I read prior to coming was that you could hear street noise, and I was fine with that but we encountered people doing construction right outside our window that woke us up in the morning because of how loud you could hear it in the room. But it was a nice place that wasn’t a far drive from some of the San Juan sites. ##### Abigail C. When we arrived one of the personnel was there and finishing up but she offered to help bring our bags up. We declined but her hospitality and friendliness left an impression from the get go. Giancarlo guide and instructions made check in and check out a breeze. The property is centrally situated but not within walking distance, ubering or having a rental is a must. We ubered but if you rent a car there is parking right in front of the property. Most of the ubers we took were between $11-$20 and we traveled to la placita, condado and viejo san juan. It's the perfect little apartment for two. We had everything we needed...a comfortable bed, refrigerator/freezer, stove, and a hot shower with the perfect water pressure. Everything the host said would be provided, was exactly as promised. Seamless check in/check out. A nice balcony to relax in the evening. The neighborhood is located within walking distance of stores and restaurants. We rented a car to get to the different, beautiful beaches, but did a lot of walking otherwise during the day and in the evening. We will definitely return to stay here our next visit! Giancarlo was responsive, thorough and kind from the moment we booked online until the very end of our trip.
