She had so many board games available(I didn't get to use it, but cant wait to go back with enough grown ups to enjoy it). It couldā€™ve easily accommodated more. The beds were comfortable, and the linens were nice. The pool area was very nice with an extra half bathroom outside. Very spacious, the patio has a very chill vibe, the pool is STUNNING!! And HUGE! The house smelt beautiful when I first walked, in it was very clean! I loved how the house was in a secured neighborhood as well. This house it was close to pretty much everything such as San Juan, Luquillo, condado, cidra, Caguas etc. Oh and Ingrid is also such an amazing person! She is very communicative, super welcoming and informative! She also left an amazing gift basket with Puerto Ricoā€™s most favorite goodies featuring accessories! But once we got there it was just 15 mins from the airport. It was cozy and comfortable. Way better in person. Miss. Ingrid was a pleasure to work with. She was patient and kind. Ingrid was easy to communicate with and responded timely. The house was very clean & tidy. We were welcomed with a basket full of goodies. It was really nice to walk in & see that. We truly felt welcomed. :) The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed walks in the morning. The privacy in the back yard & the pool was awesome. Ingridā€™s attention to detail is unmatched. We had a welcome basket full of local goodies, a welcome balloon, and champagne on ice waiting for us as we walked in the door. The bathrooms were meticulously clean and there were baskets full of everything you can think of that you might need. There was a coffee and tea area set up in the kitchen and a refrigerator full of waters and sodas for our use, plus canned goods in the pantry. The beds were very comfortable and there was an enormous walk in closet with extra pillows, blankets, sheets, and even silk pillow cases. The pool area was beautiful and relaxing. Ingrid was a quick and attentive communicator. And, this was in a beautiful gated community with a security guard at the entrance. I cannot recommend this rental highly enough! ##### Nancy B. Walgreens and Amigos grocery store was in walking distance. The bedrooms and family room were very spacious and my husband had no problem getting around the rooms with his wheelchair. Wish the poolwater was warmer but it was January so we totally understood why. Ingrid was great with everything. She stayed in touch throughout our stay and was quick to answer any concerns we had. The wonderful welcome basket along with the birthday and anniversary balloons were a great suprise. ##### Patrica M. First of all, I canā€™t say enough good about Ingrid. We communicated often and she was very attentive to us as her guests. We felt special. We were celebrating our 20th anniversary and Ingrid acknowledged it with welcome gifts to PR! The house was very clean and spacious. Pool was clean and very much appreciated. She left gifts and local goodies for our arrival and was very quick to respond in communication. The house was very spacious and well stocked. We really enjoyed the outdoor space and pool. Itā€™s a safe gated neighborhood away from the tourist hustle and bustle. That said, you do have to drive everywhere, which was a pain with San Juan traffic. It is an open house so bring earplugs if youā€™re a light sleeper. Birds chirp early and neighbors have dogs that woke us up every AM. We were able to walk to get groceries and Walgreens (less than 10 min walk) which was nice. Enjoyed our stay! ##### Sara H. Ingrid was great from start to finish with communication with the check in process and was very accommodating. If you are on the fence about booking donā€™t be. Everything you need to have a great time Ingrid has it covered. From a welcome basket with treats to fully stocked kitchen cabinets and beer in the fridge. And the pool was amazing. If you plan on taking a trip to the beach she has you covered in every way. I donā€™t want to give away all the details and ruin the surprises you will have to see when you book. You wonā€™t need anything, but the host made sure that for all types of guest, that she knew how to prepare for all essential needs. From the moment we entered her property, the aroma just made you feel so welcome and comfortable. The kids definitely enjoyed the pool, since they had access whenever they wanted to cool off. From coffee to water shoes, she had everything you think you may need. The area was pretty quiet. The whole house was clean and everything was organized and in place. I would definitely stay again.
