Casa Collado is located in a secure gated community, approximately 10 minutes from downtown San Juan del Sur. You’ll have convenient access to local restaurants, shops, and the seaside promenade while enjoying the peace and privacy of the community.

Backup Generator
Casa Collado is equipped with a 50 KVA automatic backup generator capable of powering the entire home, including all air-conditioning units, during a power outage.

This provides added peace of mind and helps ensure that you can continue enjoying a comfortable stay even when there is an interruption to the local power supply.

Guest Access
Guests have full access to the entire property throughout their stay.

Our staff are on standby throughout your stay. They live in a separate house on the property and are available to assist with check-in, check-out, and any essentials or assistance you may need during your visit.
