WHAT TO KNOW This home was the original spa for the Pelican Eyes Resort. It is unique in the resort in that it is one of very few detached homes in the community, with plenty of space between the house and other units offering privacy for our guests. The home is a two story building with a lower and upper level that is connected by an exterior staircase between the two levels. Each level is rented separately with no access between the two units. The upstair balcony is large and wraps around the side of the house to the stairs and has complete privacy from view of the lower level.
