Nothing short of 5 stars

The management staff was welcoming and punctual with their jobs. The house is in perfect position to walk to the shopping strip or walk to the beach. The description is completely accurate. The house and accommodations went beyond our expectations!

Quinta Martha

I highly recommend staying her. Ian is such a great host and will go out of his way to make your stay excellent! The house is very close to the beach (5min) and is close to the stores inside hacienda iguana. Also, all of the other Nicaragua 365 workers were super friendly and willing to help with anything. I cannot wait to come back and visit this beautiful country!

sweet beach house

These guys made it easy from the beginning. Quick in communicating, and accommodating with our changing plans. And Iain was great in helping us sort out different things we wanted to do while there. The house is gorgeous - tons of space, a big comfortable living room and attached kitchen (with pretty much everything one would need to cook a good meal), a great master bedroom, and a nice backyard with patio and pool. And just a five minute walk down to the main break at Colorado's, and the lounge area and restaurant. A great deal for a family (or families) or group looking to be close to a nice beach. Thanks guys, we enjoyed it

relaxing in style!

"Our stay at this charming casita felt like nothing less than a luxurious treat on our trip around Nicaragua. The owners and operaters seemed to go out of their way many times to ensure we had everything we needed. They helped us arrange transportation to and from the location and checked in on us throughout the stay to make sure we were satisfied. The owners even offered us use of their private pool. The beach was beautiful and has its own pool for the use of everyone staying there and the food at the restaurant did not disappoint! The service everywhere in this resort was outstanding actually. We definitely will be back"

Amazing House

We had a wonderful time at this house. The house is amazing and well equipped with everything you'd need to make your vacation relaxing and enjoyable. We had our 7 and 9 year old girls with us and they loved playing in the pool and watching the howler monkeys in the trees that would join us almost every evening. The community is gated and feels very safe. It's a resort community with a golf course. Iain was our contact there and met us at the house when we arrived. He checked in with us daily and was very helpful in arranging a trip to a local farm, horse back riding, boggy boards and any excursion we were interested in. We can't say enough good things about the house and the service we received! We had a wonderful time!

Spacious family home with private pool!

This sprawling home easily accommodated our large group. The private pool and spacious backyard was the best feature of the house. The home itself is airy and bright, and felt secure and safe.

Awesome place. House Manager Iain as professional as it gets

I had such a good stay at Quinta Marta, house is just as beautiful in person if not even better. House manager Iain makes sure every part of your trip runs smooth. He is super professional and makes sure you are comfortable and happy. Iain is the man and the house is absolutely gorgeous. Thanks for everything

Great vacations in Hacienda Iguana

We stayed for 2 week in Quinta Martha, with kids grand-parents and friends. We all loved our time, the 365Nicaragua team took excellent care of us. The house, the outside and the pool are all great, we had monkeys in the back yard. The walk to the beach is not far and we had bikes with board racks as well, which came with house. The beach is just amazing and surf is great. Can only recommend this place! Great vacations!!

Casa Martha

Beautiful place for a family. We had howler monkeys on the trees on the back yard. The pool was excellent. The golf course was in great shape. Highly recommend the place. Will come back in the future.
