7.8/10 Good! (224 reviews)
The location was great, tons of food options around. The rooms can get extremely hot and stuffy as the AC doesn't seem to be the best and sometimes even question if it is actually working. They now charge an absorbent amount for parking, I remember going here 2 years ago and was charged less than half of what I was charged this time. It cost 320 euro for parking for 2 weeks.
Otherwise the rooms and all common areas were very clean and overall I had a good stay.

Friendly staff who were happy to help. Bar staff remembered people and their drinks. Variety of food selection on offer. Lots of sun loungers on offer although the hotel can block the sun occasionally. The room was fine, clean and spacious. Room and general internal areas of the hotel looked slightly old / outdated however no complaints.
Only one issue was in the final morning before checking out, there was a fairly large leak coming from the ceiling above the shower, this didn’t affect me as I was preparing to leave and reception staff did apologise and arrange the maintenance crew to check.

9.2/10 Wonderful! (886 reviews)
"The staff at the resort was exceptional! We had a great time playing golf at the Abama course as well as relaxing at the different pools. There were always plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas. My only real suggestions for improvement were a hole in the closet door that someone clearly had punched ..."
