Family&Pet friendly.3mi to the beach Brand new remodel with a Bohemian vibe. Only 3 miles from the beautiful Dana Point Harbor and Doheny state Beach. Also, walking distant from the historic Los Rios Street and Downtown San Juan Capistrano where you can find entertainment, shopping and amazing fine dinning, historic sites such as San Juan mission and famous Swallows Inn. Walk to family fun at zoo mars or the ecology center. Pet-Friendly home with a $100 fee. 3 bed 2 bath Family & Pet Friendly. This home is a duplex which has a shared wall, so neighbors are very close in proximity. There is also an ADU in front. Sleeps 6\. Gated back yard for pets. lounge area in back yard with BBQ and games. 2 queen beds and a bunk bed. Office area to work. wifi, smart tv to cast entertainment. The entire home is accessible to you except the garage. Have any questions during your stay text or call us Only 3 miles from the beach. Also, walking distance from historic Los Rios Street and Downtown San Juan Capistrano. San Juan mission is a great place to site see. Zoomars petting zoo, ecology center and Los Rios park are great fun for the kids. Since this is a Duplex, your neighbors are very close, but the neighborhood is very quiet. Street parking can be difficult in the evenings due to limited options, so we suggest finding a spot during the day and using the car in the driveway. Uber and Lyft are easily accessible in this area. Metro link is walking distance from this property where you can easily visit San Diego or Anaheim. Also, walking distance from downtown where there is so much to do for the entire family. Contract-we ask our guests to sign an extensive contract that lays out our rules, city rules and expectations after you book our home. Parking- there is 1 parking spot on left side of driveway. Also, 1 parking pass provided for street parking. Must Display. If lost, renter is responsible for $500 per pass. Propane- there is propane tank for fire pit and BBQ. renter is responsible to fill up if emptied. Costs $25 at Albertsons. Will be charged $75 if we have to fill it up after your stay. Pet Fee- Our home is Pet Friendly and requires a $100 non-refundable fee per pet. Listed are the house rules along with possible charges if not followed thoroughly. After you book, we will also email you our contract agreement in its entirety and require you return it with a signature and picture of your photo ID...... -No more then 6 overnight guests, and 10 daytime guests. If occupancy is exceeded, noise complaints are made or parking violations, guest will be charged $400\. -Trash must be disposed of in outside bins before departure or fined $100\. DO NOT move outside trash bins to street. -1 PARKING PASS is provided for street parking. If LOST or Not returned you will be fined $500 per pass as we are only allotted 2 per year and this will affect our future renters. - Within an hour of check-in, please contact Courtney @ courtneydavenport0824@gmail.com with any concerns or damages otherwise you have accepted the condition of the house and any damages moving forward may be your responsibility. -There is a check list provided that layout requirements for check-out. Please follow check list and remember this is someone's home so if furniture is moved or you spill please put back and clean up. -DISHES: Please clean and put away your own dishes before you leave. Please start the dishwasher before you leave if unable to put them away. -There is propane for BBQ and fire pit. If the propane tank is empty during your stay, you are responsible to fill it at the local Albertsons/Walgreens. If it is not filled or tank is missing, you will be charged $75 to replace/refill. -We are pet friendly with a $100 pet fee per animal. Please pick up after your dog. If poop is not cleaned up you will be charged an additional $100 fee. if you bring an unauthorized animal you will be charged $500\. -NO Pets on furniture. - Before leaving, lock all doors and windows and turn air conditioning off. After we booked and received the address, we were pleasantly surprised the booking was only 2 miles from the wedding venue. We brought our dog with us, so the close location made it extra convenient for my husband to be able to head back to property to let the dog out to take care of his business during the various wedding activities. We did have 2 cars, so parking was a bit challenging for the extra car; however, we were thankful to at least have one parking space included with our booking. The property had ample space for our family (6 total) and the added bonus of it being pet-friendly was the icing on the cake. My husband and I took the room with the bunkbeds given it had a sliding door directly to the backyard for our dog. The bunk beds were not the most comfortable, but I assume they are meant more for children. The beds in the other two bedrooms were very comfortable. Overall, we were very placed with our stay. The three bedrooms worked out great for the five of us( the single person stayed in the twin bunk beds room). Bathroom with tub/ shower combo was a bit tight for three of us, but made it work. The tub is a bit high and tricky for seniors or people with disabilities to get in and out ( which we had) but those of us with trouble just used the walk-in shower in the primary bathroom and it was fine. The unit was clean and nicely decorated. The complex was very quiet and neighbors were friendly. We had two cars so the designated parking spot and street parking permit worked out great. Street parking harder at night, but we never had too much trouble. Back yard is small but cute. We never used but would definitely be helpful if you had a dog. Nice furniture out there to relax in also. Appliances all worked fine other than ice maker being broken. But no big deal. There is no washer/ dryer but we didn’t really need for such a short visit. Booking was easy and smooth. Courtney, one of the owners I believe, was very nice and answered all my questions. We had already paid for a pet deposit but ended up not bringing our dog. Courtney made sure to get it reimbursed to us. The location is fantastic if you are planning to spend time in San Juan ( very near downtown) and very close to the 5 freeway if heading to other towns. It is a lovely home with many amenities. Cutely decorated in a quiet neighborhood. The backyard was a nice place for us to hang out in the gorgeous weather with our dogs. I would definitely rent again. Property was as pictured. Owner and property mngmt receptive and easy to contact. Kitchen is very well equipped (except only 3 coffee filters for 2 week stay) and property is easy walk to San Juan Capistrano. Beds and living room furniture are very comfortable! TVs are great size and well located in master and living room. Cleaning crew left coffee pot uncleaned with old filter with mold in it, which is why I gave 4 stars on that! Also, more sheets & towels would be nice for longer stay so we didn’t have to launder ourself. However, bedding & towels provided were very nice! Parking is definitely an issue, even though we only had one car in driveway, someone always parked in red zone partially behind our car making it difficult to back out. Also, while many houses in neighborhood were recently renovated as well as this house and very well done, some others are not well kept. That said, we had no issues with our car left in the driveway and the unit itself was very quiet! Overall, great stay & would rent again. ##### Randall L. The backyard was quite nice and perfect for our two little dogs. We appreciated our parking spot right in front.
