With a short drive (less than 10 min), you can get onto I-280 and Hwy 87, Downtown San Jose / Campbell / Willow Glen, San Jose Airport, Caltrain Station, The Alameda, Santana Row / Westfield Mall. We are committed to make sure your stay is enjoyable so please don't hesitate to reach out! If you’re looking for a GREAT location in Silicon Valley you’ve found the perfect hideaway! Come enjoy this private light filled guest suite with an amazing garden in North Willow Glen neighborhood, walk just 2 blocks to light rail or bicycle to the nearby Amtrak/Caltrain station to get to around everywhere! Our commitment is to make you feel at home from the moment you put your luggage down, so feel free to reach out to us if you need anything! Your suite will have your own kitchenette and bathroom, as well as loft bed (2 full size beds), fast mesh WiFi, smart TV, electric fireplace and a fully stocked kitchenette perfect for extended stay. The suite will be professionally cleaned before each stay with clean linens, toiletries, and everything else you'll need for a comfortable stay. You will be able to self check-in, but please confirm your reservation and checkin instruction beforehand, especially when you plan to checkin really late - we might be at sleep. An unique virtual key will be generated automatically for the duration of your stay. The key will be valid starting at 3:00pm of the check-in date and expired at 11:00am on the check-out date. Make sure you checkin to the right room number and find the physical key (on the desk) to lock your room as well. To ensure we have a safe and secure place for everyone staying with us. Please keep the door locked at all times. The property is equipped with video surveillance 24/7\. Make sure to put down the correct number of guest who will be staying with you in the reservation and informed us through Airbnb app who will be visiting you during your stay in advanced. Any unsolicited visitors will be considered trespassing, thanks for your understanding! There is a door (it will remain locked at all times, we also installed an insulation blanket behind it) in the guest suite that lead to the storage room and connected to the house. We programmed thermostat to automatically set the temperature between 68-75 Fahrenheit for our entire house (AC/Heat). In the hot and cold days, please close all the doors and windows to help regulate the temperature. Additionally, you can use the fan or electric fireplace and Vornado whole room heater to help regulate the temperature as well. It was easy to find with the clear directions. The gate to enter does get stuck a bit. The porch light wasn’t on but our cell phone flashlight worked just fine accessing the key. It was a tad stuffy when we walked in but there there was a box fan and ceiling fan accessible making it quite nice. The bottom bunk was very comfortable. The top bunk mattress could be better. My daughter graciously took the top. It sinks in the middle. She still slept pretty well. The bathroom area is a little tight. The hosts made it functional. If you’re bigger than me (5’8” - 150#) you might find it really tight. Overall, it met our needs for our 4-night stay. ##### Kate H. We knew it was small but looked like an unskilled person did the decor/room set up. Dirty rug on the floor, shower head held up by a shoe string, one metal worn chair and one metal folding chair, electric outlets possibly out of code. Patio was a mess with weed barrier showing through, broken chairs, trash along side of building and broken gate. This was minimalist property at best.I must say the gentleman who identified as the property manager was nice. ##### Larry A.
