The location is excellent for food and shopping. One item that potential renters should know is that the two bedrooms are not fully enclosed. Beds were particularly comfortable. Be aware that there are a lot of steps to pull your suitcase up so not a negative just something to be aware of. We really enjoyed the couple days. It was a bit hard to find entrance but he guided us perfectly once we called him. The beds were a bit small for two grown women but I should’ve been aware. The location was perfect. The check-in process was so well organized, and communication with Johnny was so easy, we were ready to relax in no time! The app was a little glitchy, and our cellular service was not working very well inside the building, so I would recommend downloading the instructions before you check in. We booked for the location, overlooking Santa Row and it was everything we expected. But the apt. was fantastic as well. It even had a free parking spot! Rented this spot for my parents who were visiting from out of town, and it was super convenient for them to just walk down and enjoy Santana Row. My mom really liked grabbing a cup of coffee and walking around in the morning. Johnny was a super communicative host and provided detailed and accurate information about check-in and parking.
