Welcome to our spacious 4BR, 6-bed San Jose retreat—perfect for families, teams, or groups up to 10\. Centrally located near Downtown SJ, SAP Center, Convention Center, SJSU, and Santana Row. Quick drive to tech giants like Apple, Adobe, Google, and Nvidia. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, laundry, garage parking, and a private backyard. Whether you’re here for business, events, or leisure, relax in comfort and style at this beautifully furnished getaway.

This is a 4 bedroom 3 bath single family home. Access is through the front door via digital lock.  
  
I do not live on site and am most responsive on the app  
  
In certain circumstances I can accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. Please request this as early as possible so I can confirm whether I can accommodate or not.  
  
Early Check In: 2pm instead of 4pm - $40 additional fee. Preferable 24 hours notice.  
  
Late Check Out: $10/15 min after 11am. 2pm is the absolute latest late check out time.  
  
Please note that you are staying in a house and not a hotel. We expect that you will treat it with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to resolve them immediately.  
  
Please see HOUSE RULES at bottom of the page under “Thing to know - Show More”.  
ADDITIONAL HOUSE RULES  
  
• No parties or events. Violations will result in an immediate $1,000 fee plus the cost of any damages, cleaning, or loss of future bookings.  
• Quiet hours: 10 PM to 7 AM. Please respect our neighbors and community.  
• No smoking or vaping inside the home. A $500 fee will be charged if smoke is detected.  
• No pets unless explicitly approved in writing prior to booking.  
• Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No visitors without prior approval.  
• No illegal activity of any kind is permitted.  
• Do not tamper with security smoke detectors, or internet equipment.  
•Lost keys will be charged $50 per lost key and garage door opener will be charged $250 per lost opener.  
• Report any issues, damages, or concerns within 12 hours of check-in to avoid responsibility for pre-existing conditions.
