Private Patio Studio + Desk & TV near SAP Center

A bright private studio at the back of our property near SAP Center and Diridon Station. You get a queen bed, a real dining table for two, a desk with a TV, your own mini-split heat and AC, and a private bathroom. The coffee bar has a mini fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker, with coffee provided (no stove or oven). Step out to your own fenced patio. Relax in the shared backyard with string lights, shared with guests of the back units. Shared laundry on site and self check-in with a smart lock.

Bathroom (private to this studio)
The shower and toilet are in their own small room. The sink and vanity are just outside the bathroom door, in the studio.

Coffee bar (not a full kitchen)
- Mini fridge, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and coffee maker
- Coffee provided, plus cutlery, a knife and a cutting board
- No stove or oven

Outdoors
- Your own fenced patio with a table and two chairs
- A shared backyard with string lights (gated lawn and patio), shared with guests of the back units, not private

Heating and cooling
- Your own mini-split heat and AC with its own remote; you set the temperature

Laundry
- Washer and dryer on site, shared with other guests

Guest access
The studio, its bathroom and its fenced patio are yours alone. You'll come in through a shared back gate, then your own patio gate, then your door, which opens with a smart lock. Your door number is posted beside the door. The backyard (lawn and patio with string lights) is shared with guests of the back units; only your fenced patio is private. Check-in details arrive the day before you arrive, after the identity check is complete.

Other things to note
- This is one of several separately rented units on the property, so you may see other guests on the shared path and lawn.
- Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM, including on patios and the shared lawn.
- The studios use a special drain system, so only toilet paper goes in the toilet. Trash cans are provided for everything else (see House rules).
- Exterior security cameras on the front of the studio building view the walkway, gates and area beyond. There are no cameras inside the studio.
- Parking is street-only and first-come. It usually gets tight after 6 PM, so plan a few extra minutes to find a spot.
- The water heater and a plumbing access point are in a closet in this studio. In the rare event of a water heater or plumbing issue, we may need to enter the studio, with advance notice except in an emergency.
