I spent the worse night at this hotel!!!! A romantic night end up with allergies in a dirty room. Bedding was horrible and I’m not sure it was clean. The mattress was very old and worn out. The bathroom wasn’t any better, flushing handle was broken, I had to remove the lid of the tank to pull the chain to flush it.

JUNGLE STAY
This hotel is in the Jungle and high in the Mountains by a non active volcano. Far away from alot of activities and resturants. They have a resturant in Hotel but if you want some fast food, have to go into town which is far to get it. relaxation and quite you will find here, no ocean is near. A MUST IS TO RENT A CAR WITH A GPS.

Owned & run by a family; very personalized & caring; food was delicious; very close to rain forests and volcanos; had path, on property, to waterfall, and saw sloths and orchids; fantastic view from upper level; rooms basic but clean. Hotel was away from the bustle of San Jose, so in quiet area, yet close enough to grocery stores and gas stations. We would definitely return there; very reasonable.

We went as a couple for a relaxing and yet exciting vacation and that's exactly what we got! The rooms were great, the view was awesome, and the friendly staff was amazing. I would definitely go back and stay! The hotel was very clean and staff was so helpful in finding things to visit and transportation to get there. Any where you want to go they can set it up. Had a blast and couldn't have wanted a better place to stay! Thanks again!

El lugar fue muy bonito, nada más que no había agua caliente y nunca logramos conectarnos a la red de wifi entonces no tuvimos internet. La comida del desayuno estuvo bien pero tampoco fue increíble. El salchichón estaba feo. Pero lo demás estuvo bien.

Muy mala experiencia, ademas de carisimo. Pagamos $107, esperando una habitación "exclusiva", como la anuncian, y lo que encontramos fue una habitación prácticamente en estado de abandono. Telas de arañas por todo lado, una caja usada de preservativos debajo de la cama, ropa de cama con olor a humedad, y como si fuera poco, no nos pudimos bañar porque no llega casi nada de agua a la ducha ni al inodoro. Muy mala experiencia, ademas de cara

La limpieza en general era mala, telas de araña en la paredes y en las ventanas, la chimenea no encendió, el agua caliente no funcionó, la ropa de cama no era la mejor, cosas positivas el desayuno estaba rico
