Lu’o’ng was beyond nice and very attentive. The location is awesome. It’s a 10-15 min walk to Santana Row and the Westfield Valley Fair Mall. If you don’t want to walk there is free parking near Santana Row. So many restaurants and fantastic shopping. There is a lemon tree in the front yard and I picked a few and they were so flavorful! What else can I say? Oh maybe it’s because of the location that is so close to the mall that we can uber for a very reasonable price and heck we can also walk if wanted to. Or maybe it’s because if perfect layout to work at home. Maybe it’s because there are TV in each room to keep the kids preoccupied. No! It was actually the responsiveness and the effort that the owner puts in to ensure we are comfortable and happy…communication is AAA. The owner asked for an additional deposit right before we were supposed to get access to the place and would not give us the code until we gave them the additional funds outside of the app. This scenario caused us to be late to the event we were going to. They also didn't answer their phone when we were trying to call them to resolve. Their communication after the fact was good, but that whole situation caused for unnecessary issues, and I don't feel that transactions should be happening outside of the app since it leaves the renter unprotected. ##### Ryan S.
