The rooms were massive and spacious. Hotel is well decorated in general and you can tell it’s recently been renovated. I don’t know if it’s sewage issue but I had three rooms and all the bathrooms smelled foul. Also, they do not clean the room when they come for room cleaning, they just fixed the bed and change garbage bags. They should sweep, dust and mop as well.
Stayed 5 days and I couldn’t reserve the speciality restaurants due to unavailability though there was barely anyone at the resort.
Buffet was tasty in general, typical Dominican food, I wish there was a bit more international food as well. Though, few times, they served burned food and over-salted items.
Snack bar was really good but repetitive, they could add empanadas or some local snacks and fruits.
Beach water was clear and warm but a lot of rocks and algue.
Massage prices were steep for what it is but good technique from the masseuse.
They should import some foreign alcohol to ensure they make drinks taste as close to the real thing as possible I.e. disaruno for amaretto sours.
Casino in the hotel made client pay for their alcohol, that was weird considering it’s all inclusive.
