1st room shower head fell off and 2nd room they woke me up at 12 am saying the smoke detector went off when i was sound asleep and clearly not smoking. Im not even a smoker. The staff confirmed there was no smell. Could have been better as the rooms and location are nice if everything worked ...

Granada Hotel Santa Clara
Parking was available. AC worked, but was very loud. Room was clean. Staff was okay. Pillow was very squishy, and uncomfortable to sleep with since It hard to keep your head in one place with squish pillow.
