Katia is a highly responsive communicator and helpful resource, and the housekeeper, Consuelo, well let's just say I wanted to see if I could convince her to come home with us permanently! "Our cottage was wonderful and the bed so comfy! The grounds were beautiful, we were taken away as soon as we arrived. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The pool was a relief to have and so well maintained. And we loved the butterfly conservatory, we can't remember her name, sorry, but the girl that gave us the tour was so informative and easy to talk to. We will definately be back!"
