Villa de charme faisant penser aux bergeries traditionnelles en pierre, construite sur 2 niveaux, d'une capacité d'accueil de 8 personnes.  
  
PHOTOS INTERIEURE EN ATTENTE, POSSIBILITE DE LES ENVOYER EN PRIVE SUR DEMANDE  
  
La maison est située sur un terrain de 2200 m². Choisir ce lieu, c’est avoir la garantie d’un séjour hors du temps, en pleine communion avec la nature. Le calme absolu et l’harmonie entre les vieilles pierres et la végétation font de ce lieu un véritable havre de paix.  
Et pourtant, vous ne serez qu’à quelques minutes du centre-ville de Porto-Vecchio et de la magnifique plage de Saint Cyprien.  
  
La villa de 220 m² est climatisée sur le niveau principal, le niveau inférieur restant frais, pas d'utilité de la climatisation.  
  
Niveau principal donnant sur une terrasse:  
\- Grande pièce à vivre avec salon et salle à manger  
\- Cuisine ouverte entièrement équipée  
\- Chambre 1 : lit en 180 cm, salle d'eau privative avec douche à l'italienne, lavabo et WC.  
  
L’extérieur aménagé par une terrasse surplombant le jardin et la piscine avec un coin salon et une une table abrités par une pergola naturelle pour vos dîners et vos soirées.  
  
Niveau inférieur donnant sur une terrasse:  
\- Chambre 2 : lit en 180 cm et salle de d'eau privative avec lavabo, douche à l'italienne et WC.  
\- Chambre 3 : lit en 160 cm donnant sur le jardin et la piscine  
\- Chambre 4 : lit en 160 cm donnant sur le jardin  
Ces 2 chambres se partagent une salle d'eau avec double vasques et douche à l'italienne. WC séparés.  
  
\- Salon Tv aménagé pour plus de confort  
  
\- une buanderie avec lave-linge et sèche-linge  
  
\- une grande terrasse abritée par une pergola qui accueillera vos déjeuners ombragés.
