Bed’s are rock hard, good luck getting a good night’s rest. Staff is very friendly, front counter speaks Spanish and English. Water is overpriced, as are the meals at the hotel.

Room was clean and comfortable. For the price it was really nice. Breakfast was excellent. It can get noisy at night, walls are thin, so we would have to have every door and window shut with the fan running to drown out the hallway noise. Be aware no a/c, and windows look out into other rooms so you mostly have to have them closed at all times. Location was great and overall convenient.

The breakfast did not have any vegetarian options The cereals were not good Not any variety of breads It was not worth paying for the breakfast. The area is not that good either.

I simply loved this hotel. It was very clean with daily housekeeping services. Most of the staff were extremely supportive and were always willing to assist with any advice or guidance we needed. A big shout out to the welcoming team - who intoxicated us on our welcome with tequila and mescala. Also the concierge and the reception staff were great. The 24 hour food bar was a life savior for moments when you need water or snacks. I will definitely return to this location when in Mexico City because of this convenience. They also offer inclusive breakfast. Thanks to the staff.

The place is really clean and nice I would definitely stay there again.
