"We booked the Junior suite and what we did not like is the main door won’t lock. My kids did not feel safe on the junior suite so I spoke with receptionist and they were very kind and I got switch to a master room and my kids felt safe sleeping in there. The pool was dirty my kids couldn’t swim there. The beach is warm and relaxing. The staff was very good and kind. "
