We are typically readily available between 7:30am and 8:30pm. We do our best to respond during off hours, but delays in responses may occur. Check in is contactless. We are almost always around if guests need support!

This cozy apartment features two bedrooms – a king in the primary and a queen in the second. It has one bathroom that is central to the two bedrooms.
In the dining area, seating for four creates a comfortable space for meals. The kitchen, complete with a Keurig machine, adds a touch of home. Unwind in the living area with a smart TV and Roku, or enjoy the San Diego breeze on the backyard patio.
Essentials like reliable WIFI and an in-unit washer/dryer are included for your ease. This apartment combines practicality with a touch of charm, perfect for your stay in North Park.
We have one space available for guest use. There is also typically plenty of street parking! We recommend driving if you plan to explore San Diego, but there are things worthwhile within walking distance!
Absolutely no parties. This is a quiet neighborhood and we will cancel guest reservations/charge fines if guests break house rules.

#### Pleasant and convenient
My wife and I stayed here with our daughter and enjoyed the central location. We could easily walk to Balboa park and neighborhood restaurants. The basic amenities were sufficient to allow us to make a few meals in the kitchen. The bedrooms are quiet and comfortable.

#### Get away weekend
We really enjoyed staying at this property. It was close to Balboa Park and freeway access to get anywhere else like downtown restaurants or the beach. It was a hot weekend so really appreciated the AC at night. Make sure you are aware there are steps to get up to the house. But once up there, there is a nice view of the neighborhood. The secluded patio in the. back was also a nice place to read in the evenings or early in the morning when it was cooler.

We enjoyed our time at this property. It's conveniently located and just a few minutes drive to Balboa Park, Little Italy, Hillcrest and North Park. It is in a hilly part of town, so if you plan to walk to restaurants and such, be prepared for a good leg workout!

The apartment has good potential, but its cleanliness and maintenance are substandard. For example, the sofa should be scrapped—It’s absolutely filthy. The rugs need cleaning. The front door is dirty and the screen is full of bugs. Most exterior lights don’t work. However, the manager was responsive and provided an anti skid mat for the shower very quickly.

My sister and I found this property in a nice, quiet neighborhood in San Diego. We wanted a place with easy access to the freeway and different attractions. We loved the space and amenities. There was a great kitchen, washer and dryer, comfortable living room and a nice private outdoor space. We both noticed how comfortable the beds were as well. There was always ample parking on the street. We also walked up to the Hillcrest Farmer’s Market on Sunday morning. The hosts were easy to communicate with and responded promptly to my questions and requests. I would stay here again if I was in San Diego!
