The Space:
This unit is known for its central location in the Gaslamp district in the bustling city of San Diego. We stock premium coffee for those early mornings or enjoy a delicious hot tea while you relax after an adventure in the city or day at the beach. We provide Lux towels, linens, and toiletries. The complex has a gym and wonderful outdoor space that’s great to enjoy a meal.

Guest Access:
You are welcome to use all kitchen utensils, including the range, microwave, dishes and refrigerator. This unit features a spacious bedroom with plenty of closet space. Towels (2 bath, 2 hand, 2 face per guest) , linens (comforter, sheets and pillow cases), bedding (large pillows, comforter and sheets, per bed), and toiletries ( shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, hand soap and premium tissues per bath) are all provided.

The Neighborhood:
The Gaslamp Quarter is a lively downtown neighborhood, known for its nightlife and history. Clubs, dive bars, and cocktail lounges draw a young crowd, while the Spreckels and Balboa theaters have diverse programs of music, comedy and drama. There's a mix of chain and independent restaurants in the area, with many global options. Horton Plaza Park has grassy lawns, ice cream and coffee vendors, and an interactive fountain. Just a few blocks away is the USS Midway Museum, which is a historical naval aircraft carrier museum, located downtown at Navy Pier.

Getting Around:
Public transportation is available, free shuttle via FRED and ride sharing applications.

Other Things to Note:
Pets must be registered at the time of booking. Registration includes a $350 Pet fee and written confirmation from the host.

No USPS Mailbox Deliveries: Guests are not permitted to have mail sent to the property’s USPS mailbox. Any mail delivered to the USPS mailbox will be discarded or returned to the sender.

Parking is available off site
Parking is $200 per full calendar month in advance. It is not prorated for any days. The parking structure is located 1 block away (2 min walk) at 614 Market St San Diego CA 92101

Overall pleasant experience

Very spacious, clean studio. Looks as pictured. Two large TV’s, functional appliances, new fridge. Overall was pleasantly satisfied about the living situation. It’s in a super fun bar street with a lot of things to do, and it’s not even super loud as is it on a high floor. Only thing that was stressful was the check-in process as there was some misinformation in their instructions, and it took a bit for the host team to get back about it. The parking situation was also unclear, you have to pay a separate garage extra to park, and this is paid per calendar month. So if your stay is from the middle of the month to the middle of the month afterwards, you have to pay for 2 whole calendar months… it can add up.
