Looking for a spacious 3-bedroom with rooftop SD views and a large, ground floor, outdoor patio to enjoy the southern California sunshine? A modern townhome on one of the best courts in mid-Mission Beach might be just what you need! Some of the specialties of this property include: modern and sleek 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, stainless steel appliances, a BBQ grill, overhead showers, granite counter-tops, a rooftop deck, outdoor shower, attached 1-car garage, outdoor parking, and more! All floors have its own bedroom and private bathroom so everyone has ample space and leisure!


Great restaurants and stores are located right around the corner. Don't miss the great pancakes from the Mission Cafe or a nice cool beverage from Guava Beach. Enjoy the Sea World fireworks and beautiful sunsets from the rooftop deck back at home, after a long day of adventuring in San Diego.

Rent bicycles or walk down the boardwalk to nearby Belmont Park - an adventure park with a history, iconic rollercoaster. Stroll across the street to the Pacific Ocean and enjoy a day in one of the best San Diego beaches. A nice day trip to Sea World is 5 minutes away, the San Diego Zoo about 15 minutes away, and Legoland is fairly quick 30-minute drive up the coast.

Have a BIG family or group? There are 2 units next door to each other to accommodate up to 12 people. You can rent the entire building as a 6-bedroom / 6-bathroom residence, with a large expansive rooftop deck, ground floor patio with grills, and balconies off the houses on all floors!

SLEEP ACCOMODATIONS:

Primary Bedroom (3rd floor) - King Bed

Second Bedroom (2nd floor) - Two (2) Twins

Third Bedroom (1st floor) - Queen Bed

3-night reservation during off season, 4-night minimum during holidays
No smoking allowed on the property, including exteriors areas. No pets are allowed in this home (sorry Fido!).
Six (6) person maximum occupancy.
This home has 4 levels, including the rooftop deck, above the primary suite. Some people may not be comfortable with this, so please ensure you are before booking. The rooftop deck is shared/divided into halves, that services another unit.
Most large vehicles will fit in the carport and most compact cars will fit in the garage.

Your reservation will be confirmed once the Occupancy Agreement has been signed and the initial payment has been received. Photo ID and Credit Card photo verification required to complete booking.
We do not accept American Express and Discover.
San Diego Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy and Pet Fee Policy supersedes the policies of VRBO and AirBnb.

A $300.00 cancellation fee will be added to the booking, if canceled before final payment is made 60 days prior to arrival. After final payment is made, there are NO REFUNDS. If you feel that this may cause an issue with your travel itinerary and availability, please consider Travel Insurance.

Mostly good

Very clean, great location but stairs were a beast and the writing all over everything in black Sharpie was a bit over the top for a high dollar house. Even my 19 year old commented about it. The lack of decent furniture to sit in on the patio and the roof top deck was a bummer. Property Mgmt was very responsive and helpful.

Quiet bayside condo

We’ve been renting condos in Mission for 20+ years and this was one of the best experiences. The court was in a quiet area and great location. Lots of things within walking distance. Condo was well stocked and actually had enough pots and pans to cook a meal. Very clean and beds were comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

This property is in a perfect location for beach and bay access!! Perfect for all 7 of us to sleep and lounge when we were at the property! Lots of stairs but we put my mother on the main level with kitchen, bed, bath and family room and it worked out great!! Thank you Tina for the great property!! We will be back! Great location for family vacation

Apartment is fabulous. Very clean, spacious and well equipped. In nice quiet location minutes from the Bay Area the beach. BBQ and beach gear were also great bonus to be able to use. Host also very nice and responsive with any questions. Very nice vacation was had and would highly recommend as place to stay.

Perfect get away location!

Beautiful home, which was as listed. It’s a very good location for all kinds of fun and excellent food, all just a few steps away. Lots of pluses on renting this one. The 2 parking spots with one being in the garage is a huge bonus as was the 3 bathrooms. We would definitely stay here again, just all around perfect!

This is a beautiful home located close to the beach and bay. Very clean and modern. We each had a room on a different floor (3 story) with our own bathroom which was quite enjoyable. Very quiet. I would highly recommend this property and would stay there again if the occasion arose.

Clean and modern, close to many places to eat and the beaches!

We could walk a few minutes one way and be at the ocean, or a few minutes the other and be at the bay. That's if we wanted to leave the rooftop deck. We enjoyed our stay here, there was plenty of space for 4 adults. We walked to most of the places we ate, loved the convenience of the Olive Cafe on the corner for morning coffee and breakfast. Parking was convenient, and the owner was quick to respond when we had a little trouble with the wifi. This unit felt modern and clean like a hotel but with so much more space-I hope we get to visit again!

Perfect Beach Getaway Home!

This home was by far the cleanest we've ever rented. It was the perfect size for our group. We were comfortable and had a wonderful stay. The A/C was a big plus. Rentals in the past have never had A/C but we never needed it. It was extra warm this year so the A/C was awesome. Plenty of beach chairs, towels, toys. Another extra bonus was the refrigerator in the the garage for all our beverages. The only thing I would recommend is getting rid of the keys and using keyless entry on the doors. I was always worried about losing the key. And we always had to worry about the teenagers getting in and out if we had the key because we didn't want to leave the place unlocked. The living area was a little small for eating meals and playing games but it wasn't a big deal. I would highly recommend this rental.

Lots of interior stairs. Only drawback if you like to bbq not easy to go from 2nd floor kitchen to bbq area outside. This is a great spot!

Perfect for our needs with excellent location

Our stay here was just wonderful. The location was perfect for our little families and made it easy to walk to restaurants, the beach or fun activities. The house had all of the amenities we needed and then some. It was nice not having to pack beach towels! We all fit comfortably and hope to come back soon!

Perfect location and updated everything

This property is perfect for our family. It is in between Mission Beach Drive and Mission Bay near Santa Clara Place. It was in the quiet part of Mission Beach rather than the louder Mission Beach Belmont Park or Pacific Beach pier areas. And its only a 20-30 minute drive to Coronado or a Padres baseball game. It was walking distance to good restaurants and cafes, surf and bike rentals, nice shops, Tower 19, and the Mission Bay aquatic center. We spent half of our time taking surfing lessons from the great team at Surfari. And we went paddle boarding in the bay at the aquatic center. The three-level, three-bedroom, three-bathroom, town house was perfectly clean, had updated appliances, and comfortable furniture. Wifi and cable worked so we could check a few work emails and watch Shark Week. The additional rooftop deck was a great place for sunrises and sunsets. The unit came with sand chairs for the beach. We did not use the garage to park, but stored bikes and boards in it. The car port was easy to park in. We hope to come back to this property again.

Absolutely Gorgeous!

I highly recommend this as a rental when visiting San Diego. It was immaculate & close to all things beach! Very roomy & the renter was very acommodating. Very good price for all that you get. Loved it!
