We were disappointed to find that this hotel is getting old and run down. We arrived and found that one of the beds in our room was made with 1/2 of a sheet. This bed had sheet across the upper half of the bed, and none at the bottom. We advised the front desk. When I asked to see if the sheet had been changed, I was told that housekeeping said there was no issue with the sheets. Obviously someone is not doing their job.

Of course the location is beautiful and restful to the eye. My only complain is that I felt almost $500 for one night was a bit rich when a breakfast wasn't even provided.

Nothing unique about the property. The check-in area looks run down and is not the best first impression. The check-in person was the best part of the stay. The bed was so tall it should have come with steps. I never thought toilet seats could be uncomfortable, but Sheraton definitely found them. The check-out person should give out the card needed to get out of the parking lot instead of making guests walk all the way back. Poor service.

Staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay. The bellman actually walked into the parking lot and offered to help us with our bags. That was something I had never had done before.

We loved our stay at the Sheraton. Both properties are beautful. Upon arrival we realized we went to the wrong tower. The staff was very accomadating and understanding. They offered us many options to accommodate us and held our bags for us and even brought them over to the other tower. We thought we were going to have to walk to the other tower, totally fine 5min walk, but they offered to bring us with the golf cart along with our bags. What a nice surprise. Everyone was very nice and professional. The property eas pretty much close to everything or a 10 min drive. We will definitely stay again

Absolutely the most horrible experience with Sheraton in my life so far. I stayed in Marina Tower last week.The hotel is under some remodeling. No swimming pools, only one overpriced restaurant, remodeling noise starts at about 7 am. I think this actually could be a nice place to stay, but not at this time. Nikolay

All great here but didn't like having to pay $49 per night to park in hotel parking lot. At $200 per night you would think parking is included.

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. When booking the room, it showed a pic of modern, newly done rooms but when arriving, room was old and outdated. Not what was shown when booking the rooms. Wouldn’t stay here again, felt dirty.

Stay was fine. When I checked in I was told to take elevator to 4th floor, cross the hall to north elevators and then go to 2nd floor to get to my room. After 45 minutes trying to find my room I asked an employee who informed me it was in the other tower 3 parking lots away. Other than that the stay was fine
