"Room was clean, betting was clean and comfortable. The shower needs an updating Tile grout has stains. fixtures are quite old. Bathroom area needs an updating. The carpet to the entry door does not seal completely. Light was coming through. Had to use a towel to block lighting. Window could also use better darkening curtains. Other guests close to us coming in and out letting go of the door which caused a loud slam. Woke us up a couple times at night. Also late night talking outside was not good."

"Outstanding experience. The hotel exceeded expectations in every way. Room was gorgeous and spotless, staff so helpful, and the sushi at the Top of the Hyatt was to die for. I highly recommend!"
