Stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed everything about this place!!
House could have been cleaner. There was cobwebs and dust on walls ceilings and fans. Great house otherwise. Lots to do in it including pool table, ping pong and hot tub. Great closed in yard for our dog also!! All in all we would definitely stay here again.👍👍

Best location and host!
My sister and I stayed at the house for a week, this was our first trip to San Diego. The house was BEAUTIFUL! It was well stocked, had a lovely and very private backyard, and plenty of space to relax. The beds were so comfortable and the home was so cozy. We were centrally located to all the things we wanted to experience, Coronado Island, Old Town, Little Italy, La Jolla, and Balboa Park to name a few. Lael could not have been kinder or more accommodating. We will definitely stay at his place again when we are back, which is hopefully sooner than later! Absolutely recommend Lael's lovely home!! Thank you for being such a great host!

Great Family Stay
The house is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to freeways and downtown. The host was very responsive and made for a very pleasant stay. The house has great gathering areas and activities and is a perfect place for families with all ages. Everything was clean and well maintained.

14 Fun Days
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The unit was comfortable, nice bed and living room furniture. We ate our breakfast each day on the lanai which had a lovely view of the golf course yet was sheltered from the wind. Over the years we’ve stayed at several of these Kuilima East condos and this one was nicer than most. A special shout out to our property manager Lora “Betsy” Healey, who helped us with a couple issues we encountered upon arrival. She was readily accessible, actively involved and very effective in making things just perfect. Thank you, Bitsy!

We didn't leave the house! Didn't need to. Everything we needed to entertain ourselves was there. Pool table AND ping-pong conversion with a wet bar, hot tub, outdoor heater, full kitchen and plenty of blankets and pillows. The bathrooms were very nice but the hot water required technique. Hot tub was very clean. Yard was wonderful and we even picked some avocados and oranges. I would stay here again and would definitely suggest it to others. It was exactly what we were looking for!

Terrific communication and response
This house is located in a very nice and safe neighborhood. It is also very quiet. There’s more towels, washcloths and linens than you could ever possibly use, plus a washer and dryer which we didn’t need to use. There’s also a lot of dishes, silverware and pans, if you want to cook or reheat leftovers. The beds are comfortable., as are the many chairs and that couches. The pool table is a big plus for entertainment in the evenings. There is a nice desk which was very useful in getting some work done. We didn’t use the hot tub or the grill, but they looked clean and nice. But what makes this place outshine most is the owner, Lael! Communication prior to and during our week long visit was terrific. We had a couple of minor problems and she was there in minutes to deal with them. She has several other properties in the area and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay at any of them. In fact, we previously stayed at one and have booked the other one for an upcoming visit. Thanks Lael for making our stay so nice.

Perfect location for our stay
We were joined by our adult son and his family as they had a wedding on Coronado. The location was fantastic for the wedding and their related events, but also for us to visit the zoo, Little Italy Mercato and the beach with our granddaughter. The neighborhood was perfect for our runs as well and we enjoyed the outdoor space for games and the hot tub. Would definitely stay here again.

My family and I stayed at this property for my son’s Marine Bootcamp Graduation. The place was clean, had all the essentials needed like towels, sheets etc. very spacious and had plenty of things to do indoors like play pool, darts, ping pong, had a grill to bbq and a fire pit to hang out in the back. It does have a hot tub but we didn’t use it. The owner was great with emailing back whenever we had a question. Good place and you can also take your pets, which we did.

We had a great time stay at this property. The hot tube was clean and felt amazing. The pool table/bar area/back patio/firepit were great for cocktails after days of adventures. The kitchen was very well stocked. (better than any rental we have ever stayed at before). The bathrooms are pretty small but they are very nice. The shower in the master bath works great. Plenty of soaps, shampoo and conditioner. There are more towels than you could ever use and they are all nice plush expensive towels. The appliances all worked great. The AC works great. Ceiling fans in each bedroom. The flooring has been updated in the great room And there are nice area rugs for the dogs to lay on!(The pictures show carpet, but it has been taken out) The location of the house is great. It is just minutes away from the zoo, Balboa Park, the Valley Fashion mall and Downtown. We would definitely stay here again and we really appreciate you letting us visit your home! Would recommend to friends and family.

Great place to gather
This was the perfect place for me and my friends to hang out and play games. It had a big dining table for board games and the pool / ping pong table + corn hole boards outside. The darts + dart board was busted, so we didn't use that. While some of the photos are old (there aren't twin beds–replaced with a queen), the listing is otherwise extremely accurate. Lael was super responsive and friendly, too. We were there for several days and had plenty of linen and blankets for our needs. It also helped that there was a washer/drier with provided detergent! We did some cooking there, and if you aren't bringing your own supplies, I recommend bringing a chef knife and a peeler, and any spices outside of your basics. Even with those things missing, the kitchen was remarkably supplied. Pretty sure we're coming back the next chance we get!

Great space for everybody!
The communication with the property owner was stellar! He was very accommodating on every level. We were even able to “borrow” and not return 2 hangers for my son, who just arrived from deployment, to be able to keep his dress blues on hangers. The house has so many options for entertaining everyone in our party to be comfortable and have a good time. The house could’ve been a little cleaner, ceiling fans definitely need attention, but, the beds were VERY comfortable! Would stay here again!

A perfect get away!!!
I cannot overstate how terrific yes property, and Lael are! I came here with my 15 -year-old sons, and the house itself was a vacation: Pool table, ping-pong table, hot tub, giant screen TVs! The beds were literally the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in. The kitchen was well appointed, and there were multiple cozy recliner chairs and giant sectional sofa to relax on. If we had never left the house we would’ve had a great vacation. However, the house is also perfectly located, close to restaurants, shopping, and all of San Diego’s finest tourist attractions!

Great place to stay with everything that you need for a 6/7 person stay. Neighborhood is a bit short on parking. Definitely a very tight squeeze on fitting 10 people, if there aren't couples I'd say it fits 5/6 individual people considering there are only 3 beds. Landlord is nice and very responsive.

San Diego’s premier vacation property!!
My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home! My top priorities in booking a home were 3 bed, 2 bath (which were recently remodeled) AC, grass or turf, fully fenced dog and kid escape proof backyard, off street parking and close to beaches. This home hit all those boxes +++++++! It is just 10 minutes from Sea world, Mission Beach, Dog Beach and Fiesta Island which is totally off leash optional for dogs. Whether you have kids or dogs this property is perfect. Plenty of lush grass, people park within a five min walk, restaurants, movie theater, shopping just a 5 min drive away. I’ve never stayed at such a well stocked VRBO with such an attentive host! Lael responded to every message within minutes and was such a joy! Cleaning supplies, fresh condiments, coffee, creamer, large shampoo and conditioners, plenty of paper products, towels, beach toys, chairs, umbrella, high chair, pack and play, pool/ping pong table, darts, spacious bar area and 4 TV’s!! She has other properties in San Diego as well. If this home is booked and you like the location she has another home right across the street. 😎
