Great location and host

Host was very welcoming and easy to work with. He called me in addition to sending the check in information to ensure we were all set. He also provide great recommendations in the area. The unit is as described and next to Pacific Beach.

Great location!

Great location! Right on the beach and boardwalk. Very clean. Spacious living area, smaller bathroom but has 2 separate areas with 2 sinks so that's helpful. We would stay here again.

Excellent Place!

John was an amazing and helpful Host. Condo is very clean, nicely decorated and well outfitted with all the comforts of home. Bed and furniture are very comfy, as are all linens. Location was perfect for a night out or walk along the beach. Location is very safe, but key and code secure property and parking were a plus! Covered garage was great We didn’t use pool but was clean and well lit . Will book again!

Literally steps to boardwalk. Very clean, spacious, nicely appointed with beach items. Seemed to have recent updating. Could sit on sofa to see and hear ocean. Great internet speed! Garage parking space. Would definitely stay again!

Great location

Loved the location of this place! It was exactly as described and just what we needed. It was centrally located to all the things we wanted to do and worked great! The elevator was broken for 4 of the 7 days we were there, so that was unfortunate, but nothing the owner could have done. They were very helpful for the check in process and made check out simple. If we are in the area we would def consider staying again!

Overall, we were very happy with this vacation rental. It had everything we could possibly need and more. The location was perfect, steps away from the beach and shopping.The property manager was very responsive and helpful the first day when we had issues with the tv. We would definitely stay here again if we came back.

Clean condo in great area!

Check in was easy, the condo was very clean, it's close to everything, not a front view, but a side ocean view, you can hear the ocean from the front room and if you open the bedroom window, you can actually hear the ocean, if you're quiet!

Fantastic Location

If you're looking for a quiet condo, steps to the boardwalk and beach, and in the heart of the action, this is a great place to consider. Shops, restaurants, and pretty much everything you need is within easy walking distance. Close to the airport and major attractions too. would definitely stay here again, and we like to travel!

Loved it!

This condo was perfect for our stay. Comfortable bed, great shower, consistent Wi-Fi and in the perfect location for so many restaurants. It was perfectly clean and was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. We could see the ocean from the living room and the walking path was right out the front door. We will be back!

Comfortable condo near the beach

We loved our stay at this cute beach condo. The living space was nice and once we got the ocean breeze, the rooms stayed cool. The parking space was a great added bonus. We had everything we needed! One thing to note, there are a LOT of stairs to the beach.. and if the elevator is not working, there are 3 flights up..

This is a property located right on the beach in a busy area located next to many shops and restaurants. I give this property a 5 star review, in large part, due to the property manager. Communication was excellent. He was very helpful throughout the process. As for the unit, it was clean (the carpet and furniture were recently cleaned) and serviceable. It was equipped with everything we needed. And for being located in a "busy" area, it was quiet.

Great apartment and awesome location!

We had an amazing 10 night stay at this beach front apartment. There are many delicious places to eat within walking distance. Grocery and liquor is a short walk too. The property owner was very cooperative and friendly. He made sure what to expect during COVID and promptly answered all our questions before and during our stay. We loved walking downstairs to go to the beach everyday. We caught the pacific beach sunset almost every evening. Our kids loved playing in the pool. Overall it was a memorable and fun vacation.
