No smoking. Pets are conditional: cats will be considered; one dog over the age of 1 year old considered on a case-by-case basis and with Vet verification. Absolutely no dogs under the age of 1, no exceptions. Cats cost an additional $1,000/each (up to two) and dogs will cost an additional $500-750 (depending on breed, size, age, etc), if they are approved. Balance of pet fees will be added to your reservation, if approved, as applicable.
All guests will be required to provide their photo ID and read and sign a temporary lodging agreement upon booking the property within 72 hours. Guests will not be allowed to access the unit until they have successfully followed the check-in procedure.
