The neighborhood was quiet and the ocean view/access were great. Mornings and evenings on the balcony were lovely. Our hosts were responsive to questions and the condo was clean. As mentioned in other reviews, there is no AC and traveling the first week of September is a gamble. We found a fan in a closet and there were ceiling fans in two rooms. We did have family nearby, so we were able to borrow another fan. I would imagine in other months, it’s just fine. It is THE perfect location - awesome place to stay with family. Spectacular hosts! This place is the perfect beach getaway - literally a one minute walk to the pier and beach. Lots of walkable places to shop and grab some food. Place itself is roomy enough for 6 adults to stay at very comfortably and not feel like we were in each others space. Hosts provided beach chairs, boogie boards and towels! They have thought of everything for a family beach vacation! Plus parking for a car - no fighting for beach parking!
