1 Bedrooom Suite

We have owned this timeshare for many years and always have a great time!!!

Located right at the San Clemente Pier the location is awesome. Watch sunrise and sunset, surf, boogie board, swim, barbeque on beach and have campfires in the evening.

1 bedroom suite with separate bedroom and fold out couch in the living room. Every room has a balcony with partial ocean view. Full kitchen with stove, refrigerator and microwave helps save money on eating out.

Beach towels provided.

This year we have a scheduling conflict and cannot use. Available either for full week or you can reserve either "Mon, Tues,Weds,Thurs" or "Fri, Sat, Sun" No other options are available.

Fantastic Place and Location | A+++

Stayed here for my anniversary with my wife. The check-in was a little confusing, but once we found out we needed to go to the office to get the keys and garage remote it was pretty simple. The staff on site were very helpful and friendly. The unit was great, with plenty of space and great amenities. Love the separate bedroom suite. The balcony is large with a fantastic ocean view. Was able to open the windows and hear the waves crashing. The beach and ocean view dining is steps away. Fantastic A+++ location and experience. Hope to be able to stay here again and maybe bring the kids next time.
