Love San Clemente's great weather and relaxing beach vibe but not the prices? The pricing of this unit reflects its pros & cons. Pros: View of ocean!! Super convenient - just a short walk to the beach, scenic walking trails, coffee shops/restaurants. Private balcony, BBQ, and kitchenette. Cons: Unit is on the smaller size; perfect for singles, a couple, or small family; some noise potential. Additional info: Bedroom sleeps 2 (queen bed), two extra folding cots in closet.  
  
\* Private balcony with views and BBQ (propane)  
\* High-speed internet via WiFi / Ethernet also available  
\* Smart TV: Netflix and Amazon Prime capable with your username and password  
\* Beds: bedroom - 1 queen; two folding single beds in closet  
\* Ceiling fans in each room/ Portable fan in closet/ No AC   
\* Laundry: Coin operated washer & dryer in garage (need quarters $1.25 wash and $1.25 dry or can pay with phone app)  
\* "Mr. Coffee" coffee maker - uses filters (not Keurig pods)

San Clemente’s “signature” palm-covered umbrellas line San Clemente State Beach (.2 miles away - walking distance), providing a sense of tropical serenity to your visit as you relax in the shade. Volleyball nets and fire-pits for roasting marshmallows add to this beach’s charm. Be sure to take a walk along the historic San Clemente Pier where you will see fishermen casting their nets and if lucky, you’ll spot some dolphins or whales. Grab some clam chowder while at the base of the pier or stop by Fisherman’s Restaurant. Great surfing at this beach is a given. Note: Dogs are not allowed on the beach or on the pier, but there are great walking trails for Fido all along the beach. (See San Clemente Coastal Trail - directions) While on the walking trail, keep your eyes open for hidden painted rocks, painted by local artists! You might also find these hidden gems in Downtown San Clemente (see directions), the quintessential California beach town!

 Metro (about a mile) - take metro to nearby coastal towns   
  
SAN CLEMENTE COASTAL WALKING TRAIL   
 Just head toward the pier (0.2 miles away) and there is a trail adjacent to the train tracks that extends 2.3 miles (about a mile in each direction from the pier) along the San Clemente Coast. This is a relatively flat trail and beautiful coastal views can be seen for the entirety of the walk making it one of our favorite San Clemente walking trails.

Our family had a relaxing time at this apartment. It was small but had everything we needed. It was a close walk to the beach with the best view of the pier fireworks from the balcony! #### Great location… awesome view… very clean comfortable unit.. great for single or couple.

We loved the property. Was a bit loud one afternoon… evening but all was quiet before 10pm. We will totally return.

The unit was beautifully done, clean well stocked. The balcony rocked .. huge and our dog loved it.. We’ll be back and likely book weekly and monthly.. The owners were awesome..

#### Nice apartment, great location.

This is a nice apartment aside from a few minor deficiencies. The location is great and we would definitely stay again if we travel in the future to San Clemente.

Walking distance to the pier and restaurants. Good for 2-3 people. We did hear the people above us but it wasn’t too bad. The soundproof flooring definitely helped. The view is nice! Just as pictured. We would stay here again.
